Terms and Conditions for End of Summer Giveaway
1. These Terms shall apply in conjunction with the PFG Smart Credit Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). You should therefore read these Specific Terms in combination with the General Terms. Where any Specific Terms conflict with these General Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.
2. By entering any promotion, you agree that you will be legally bound by both these General Terms and the Specific Terms.
3. PFG Smart Credit reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names, false names or any fraudulent activity and to require them to return to PFG Smart Credit any prize they may have won.
4. The Promotion ‘End of Summer Giveaway’ selects a lucky winner by the end of the promo period from the newly signed up customers and also from the existing customer who have performed transactions to win an ‘Apple Watch’.
5. The Promotion ‘End of Summer Giveaway’ is open from 17th February 2022 to 24th February 2022 (hereinafter referred as ‘Promotional Period’). End of Summer Giveaway promotion will be based on the time period between 12:00am 17-02-2022 to 11:59pm 24-02-2022.
6. The Promotion ‘End of Summer Giveaway’ is exclusively applicable for the existing customers transact with PFG Smart Credit and also for those customers who sign up during the Promotional Period.
7. The Transactions must be successfully completed to avail the benefits of this Promotion. Any incomplete or rejected transactions will not be counted as a part of this Promotion.
8. A random draw will be conducted and the winner will be chosen fairly from all valid entries. The details of the winner will be announced via PFG Money Facebook page on 1st March 2022.
9. You agree and provide consent to PFG Smart Credit to use your details to promote and market its service, subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.
10. Where a Customer has not complied fully with the General Terms and Specific Terms, or has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of a promotion and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, PFG Smart Credit may nevertheless still enforce our right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any prize even where a prize has already been awarded and/or actually provided to the customer or prize winner in question.
11. Where prizes are not claimed within the period specified in the Specific Terms, we reserve the right to award the relevant to alternative prize winners or not to award them at all.
12. Where prizes are to be delivered to the personal address of a winner,
the prize will only be delivered to an address within Australia and will only be sent once. Should a prize winner's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us or the contact persons for the relevant promotion.
13. PFG Smart Credit will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.
14. The colour, style, size and model of the prize will be the decision of PFG Smart Credit unless stated otherwise. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media or promotional material are for depiction purposes only and in certain instances the actual prizes may differ. The promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
15. PFG Smart Credit reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered.
16. PFG Smart Credit make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.
17. We reserve the right to disqualify customers from entering our promotions or prize winners from receiving their prizes where any such person engages in unsafe, illegal, unsociable or inappropriate behaviour.
18. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
