Beer lovers, you are about to be spoiled rotten! The brains behind Range Brewing have put the call out to their fellow beer-brewing pals across Australia and New Zealand to unite for a new all-inclusive celebration of hops, yeast and malt. The Juicy Beer Festival, taking place at The Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday July 9 is set to showcase 40 specialty beverages from a roster of award-winning independent brewers. The premise of Juicy Beer Festival is simple. A ticket gives you access to your choice of two four-hour sessions (one during the day and one at night), each filled with beer tasting, fantastic food and live entertainment. Once inside there will be no extra transactions – just you, your Juicy tasting glass and 20 brewers to meet. Punters sipping away at the day session will enjoy the sonic stylings of Quivr DJs as well as a DJ session from Brisbane fave, Sampology. The night session will feature Quivr DJs and Sampology plus a DJ set from Australian favourites Winston Surfshirt. How juicy!
