The Inside Gold Coast (Promoter – of Unit 1/15-17 Dover Dr, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220) ‘WIN the Book & Wine =from the current edition of the Inside Gold Coast Magazine!’ competition commences Friday, 3 May at 8am AEST. The competition ends Monday, 5 July 2022 at 8am AEST. To enter, the entrant must complete the Inside Gold Coast E-Newsletter Subscription Form on the Inside Gold Coast Magazine Competition webpage. (https://www.insidegoldcoast.com.au/win-inside-gold-coast-magazine). The competition is open to eighteen or over (18+) only. ID may be requested upon redemption. Employees of the Promoter or Prize Supplier or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. The winner will be drawn by a random generator on the date specified by the Promoter for the specific magazine edition. The winner will be contacted by Inside Gold Coast via email within 48 hours of the draw. The selected winner has a designated time to respond to the email and claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within this time frame stipulated in the email, the prize will be forfeited and submitted for a redraw. The prize awarded for the ‘WIN the Book & Wine from the current edition of the Inside Gold Coast Magazine!’ competition will include the prizes stipulated above. The total prize value is over $72. The prize must be redeemed from the Promoters address above within 2 weeks of the draw date. The prize does not include postage to the winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash, credit or product, and no exchanges are offered. The prize must also be redeemed all at once. Entries into this competition are deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the terms and conditions of the Promoter. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, prizes and or these terms and conditions without notice. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize (value or part thereof).
