Competition Period
Begins at 5 pm AEST on Friday 22nd July 2022 and concludes 5 pm AEST on Friday 26th August 2022.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions once their entry has been submitted.
Entrants agree that no compensation will be given for any expenses incurred during the consumption of any prize by the Promoter.
Entry Restrictions
Entry is available to residents of Australia only.
Entries must comply with entry requirements. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with its terms & conditions and entry requirements.
Entry Method
In order to enter, entrants must fill in the entry form in its entirety.

Maximum Number Of Entries
Entries are limited to one entry per person.
Judging
Judging and selection of the winners will be completed by a panel of 4 judges appointed by Aspire Magazine. These will all be industry professionals.
1 winner and 2 runners-up will be selected in total.
Winners are selected solely at the discretion of the judges and all decisions are final.
Judging will be completed by the 30th of August 2022 and the winner will be announced at 4pm the same day via the Aspire Magazine Instagram & Facebook pages.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct; infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language or in any other manner, not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Prize Details
The first prize winner will receive a $100 Coles/Myer Gift Voucher.
Two runners-up will receive a $50 Coles/Myer Gift Voucher Each.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Total Prize Pool
Minimum $200
Notification of Winner
Winner will be announced on the Aspire Magazine official Facebook page at 4 pm on Tuesday 30th August 2022. The winner and runners-up will be contacted directly by the Promoter via email.
If the Promoter is unable to make contact with the winner by 4 pm on Friday 9th September 2022 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and another winner will be selected.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-judge in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these competition terms & conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity from any entrant wanting to claim a prize.
Prize Delivery
Prizes will be emailed directly to the winner and runners-up.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (e) use of the prize (f) if the competition is cancelled, amended or rescheduled for any reason.
Alterations
The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.

The Promoter is collecting personal details of entrants submitting an entry in the competition in order to enable the Promoter to award the prize to the winner. The intended recipient of the information is Aspire Entertainment Pty Ltd. While the supply of this information is voluntary, the personal information you provide will enable your participation in the competition. Personal information provided will not be distributed or sold to any third party by the Promoter. Your personal information may be accessed by you and the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Aspire Entertainment, 187 Ferrars St, Southbank. The personal information collected will be stored by the Promoter for the purposes indicated in the above terms and conditions. However, any personal information may be disclosed as required by law.
