How to Win The $300 Food Gift Card for
Father’s Day!
To win the $300 Food Voucher entrants must:
1. For 1x entry:
a. Like the social post on
Facebook or Instagram
b. Follow our pages
@capalaba.central on
Facebook and Instagram.
2. For 3x extra entries:
a. Share the social post to your
story from our page.
Duration of Promotion
The promotion opens at 9:00am Thursday 18 August
and ends at 5:00pm Friday 2 September 2022.
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to win the $300 Food
Voucher forms part of these ‘Conditions of
Entry’.
2. Entrants must enter the competition between
the 18th of August 2022 and the 2nd of
September 2022.
3. A customer can only receive a maximum of one
(1) prize.
4. To win the $300 Food Voucher the customer
must fully complete the entry steps outlined
above in ‘how to enter’.
5. Entries received after the close date 5:00pm
Friday 2 September 2022 will not be
considered.
6. Employees of the Promoter and the agencies
associated with this promotion are eligible to
win the $300 Food Voucher.
7. The $300 Food Voucher is not redeemable for
cash and not transferable and must be taken as
offered.
8. The winner of this competition will be chosen
at random using an online name generator,
which chooses a name at random. This ensures
a fair playing field for all.
Customer Information
1. By winning the $300 Food Voucher, you give
the Promoter consent to use your personal
information for further purposes and
promotions unless you say otherwise.
2. The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all
personal details obtained by the Promoter
during the Promotional Period and agrees that
such information will be used for the purposes
of the promotion only.
3. If the customer chooses to accept the $300
Food Voucher, the Promoter, reserves the right
to use the customer’s name and photograph
for marketing and publicity purposes.
Liability
1. The Promoter and any companies associated
with this promotion, accept no responsibility
for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered including but not limited to indirect
or consequential loss or for any personal
injury suffered or sustained as a consequence
of the use and enjoyment of any item gained
via the $300 Food Voucher except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
any tax implications that may arise from the
$300 Food Voucher winnings or the use
thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant
to seek independent advice on the possible
implications this may have on their own
financial situation.
3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these
Terms and Conditions, all valid prize wins will
be honoured.
4. If for any reason this promotion is not capable
of running as planned including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the
control of the Promoter, which corrupts or
affects the administration security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of this promotion,
then it will be suspended subject to the
approval gaming authorities in QLD, where
required.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion subject to the
approval of the gaming authorities where
required.
6. If all or any part of any term or condition
contained in these Terms and Conditions shall
be declared or become unenforceable, invalid
or illegal for any reason, such term or
provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed
severed from these Conditions of Entry and
the other terms and conditions hereof shall
remain in full force.
