Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild or Paradise Country on a current Village Roadshow One Pass or Membership between 26 September – 16 October 2022 and be automatically entered in to the draw to win a 3 Day Double Pass to the Boost Mobile GC 500 and a Grid Walk for 2 people to the GC 500. Entrants can enter multiple times however they can only win one prize. Multiple visits between the time period on an individual Village Roadshow One Pass or Membership will result in multiple entries into the competition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Prize: Win one 3 Day Double Pass to the Boost Mobile GC 500 and one Grid Walk for 2 people at the GC 500, valid from 28 – 30 October 2022.

Competition period: Competition begins from 9am Monday 26 September and closes 5pm Sunday 16 October 2022.

How to enter: Visit Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild or Paradise Country on a current Village Roadshow One Pass or Membership between 26 September – 16 October 2022 and be automatically entered in to the draw to win a 3 Day Double Pass to the Boost Mobile GC 500 and a Grid Walk for 2 people to the GC 500. Eligibility to enter: Must hold a current Village Roadshow Locals One Pass or Membership and have visited Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild or Paradise Country within the time period listed. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 13 years or older at the commencement of the Promotion.

Entrants less than 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian in order to enter. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have consent and the Promoter reserves the right to verify this. Employees of Village Roadshow Theme Parks and the immediate family of all such employees are not eligible to enter the Competition.

Prize conditions: If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Stated prize values are the recommended retail value (including GST) in Australian dollars as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoters reasonable requirements. The winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.

If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Winner selection: The competition is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or the winner is not able to be contacted.

Winner announcement: 1 winner in total will be contacted via email Wednesday 19 October 2022. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to make contact with the winner within a period of 1 week from that date then an alternate winner will be announced.
