The Promoter reserves the right to tease the promotion prior to the competition start date.
Competition Period Close Date & Time
Competition concludes Friday 18th November 2022 at 11:59 PM (AEDST)
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion
including to close the competition within the Competition
Period;
(ii) terminate the competition subject to any direction from a
regulatory authority.
8. Entry Restrictions
a)
Entrants must be 21 years of age or over at the time of entry.b) Promotions are not open to any person, including Australian residents, entering the competition from outside of Australia.
c) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in accordance with these terms for any reason will forfeit their prize / opportunity.
d) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of the Promoter be deemed invalid.
Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior to accepting any prizes.
Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address in either NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, ACT, WA, NT or TAS.
f) Entrants must be able to travel to the prize destination and attend the 2022 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in New York, USA. Entrants unavailable to travel and attend will forfeit their entry.g) Entrants & their travelling companion must hold a current valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel dates, including the proposed return date to Australia, and they must meet any entry requirements for their chosen destination.
h) Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the Station or nominated travel agent as specified by the Promoter.
9. How to enter
Online entry
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials, announcer solicits, promotional trailers and via social media to visit the Station Website(s) and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details
(b) All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw, with one entry chosen to be deemed the major prize winner.
10. Limitation on entries
Limitations on entries are as follows:
(a) Entrants may only submit one entry into the competition on
behalf of themselves.
(b) Any additional entries will be automatically void by the
Promoter.

14: Prize Details
There are up to one (1) major prize to be won for up to one (1) winner.
• Travel arranged through Allure Travel up to the value of $15,000 for the winner and a companion to attend the 2022 iHeartRadio Jingle in New York, USA held on Friday the 9th of December 2022. Travel includes flights, accommodation and transfers to the event.
• 2 x General Admission Tickets to iHeartRadio Jingle on Friday 9th December 2022 held at the Madison Square Garden in New York, USA.
15: Total Prize Value Up to $15,600 (inc GST).Once a winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to win any additional tickets to the same event.
Additional spending money, meals (other than outlined above), taxes, luggage costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included, and are at the winner’s expense.
Exact dates of Travel to be specified by the Promoter.
If an Entrant is deemed a winner, they will receive one (1) prize only.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
All prizes are non-transferable. Any prize that is found to be for sale or on-sold will be cancelled and will not be reissued.
No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.
Any and all expenses incurred above and beyond the total travel value of up to $15,000 will be the responsibility of the winner (and their companions) to cover and the Promoter will not be liable for any expenses incurred over $15,000. Unless otherwise stated above, this includes (but is not limited to) current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
All prizes are subject to COVID restrictions. Compliance with any public health requirements is the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) and the Promoter makes no representations as to the conditions at the destination and is not responsible if the prize is unable to be fulfilled due to COVID restrictions or any other external circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason or for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control (including for example COVID-19), the Promoter takes no responsibility, and the Prize Winners will not be compensated.
