Georgia and Annette here from MPM Property.
I hope everyone is keeping sane approaching the Merry season.
Now with this in mind, we are here today to present and officially open our MPM Property Christmas colouring in competition to keep those little hands busy.
Open to all ages and running from 21st November through to 15th December, our colouring in page is available for collection from our office at Pimpama and available as a printable PDF on our website.
What we ask is that you use all your creativity and imagination to make the picture come to life!
With the winner taking home a $200 Pimpama City Shopping voucher, be sure to submit your entries by closure of the competition. Please refer to our website for the terms and conditions.
Our team can’t wait to see all your entries!

MPM Property Christmas Colouring Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is MPM Property Sales & Management.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences at 9am on Monday, 21 November 2022.
4. The competition ends at 5pm on Thursday, 15 December 2022.
5. The winner will be contacted via email and announced via @mpmproperty Instagram & MPM Property Facebook from Friday, 16 December 2022.
6. Entry into the competition is taken to mean your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Entry is open to individuals of all ages.
8. To enter you must either deliver to MPM Pimpama’s Pimpama City office, or upload a scan or photo of your work to
pimpamamanager@mpmproperty.com.au with your contact details (including child’s name, parent’s name, child’s age, parent’s email address, and phone number).
9. You may only enter the competition once for each colouring-in sheet.
10. There will be one prize for the “MPM Property Christmas Colouring Competition” – a $200 Pimpama City Shopping Voucher.
11. Entries will be judged on artistic merit by the team at MPM Property. The promoter’s decision will be final.
