Winners will be notified December 1 - 12, 2022 and can be collected through suitable arrangement between the winner and the Fleurieu App.
Day 4 Competition closes midnight Saturday 3 December 2022.
'Disqualified Participants' are:
(a) All Employees, and their immediate families;
(b) 'Immediate Families' include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
Entry:
1. Entry is limited to 1 per person and closes midnight Saturday 3 December 2022.
2. The Promotion is open to all Fleurieu App Users and must be collected in person - upon arrangement with the Fleurieu App.
3. The Fleurieu App reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
4. The Fleurieu App reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who The Fleurieu App decides (in it's sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
5. By participating, entrants grant The Fleurieu App exclusive permission to use their names, characters and photographs in connection with the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
6. Entrants must be over 17 years of age.

9. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of text or email notification - active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotions'
completion.
10.By entering this competition you give the Fleurieu App approval to contact you for marketing purposes.
11.If the winner cannot be successfully contacted within 24 hours of competition close, the prize will be re-drawn.
Winning
the Prize:
(a) Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize (the 'Winner').
(b) The Winners will be selected by a random draw of all the correct entries.
(c) The Judge's determination of the Winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(d) The Winners will be notified by email or phone (voice or text), and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by The Fleurieu App.

(f) The Winner must provide proper identification & be over 17 years of age (eg driver's licence, passport, birth certificate).
