Sunbeam’s new Mixmaster HeatSoft Planetary Mixer features some nifty technology that allows the appliance to mix and melt at once, all in one bowl. It takes the guesswork out of some fiddly processes and saves loads of prep time, making it a handy kitchen addition for both beginner and master bakers. Heat settings include ‘soften’, which brings cold ingredients like butter to room temperature, and ‘melt’, which can melt or temper chocolate until it’s silky smooth – no stovetop or microwave necessary.
