Packs per home game’ (Promotion)
Terms & Conditions:
1) Receive one (1) entry into the draw to win 1 of 5 Western Sydney Wanderers ticket
packs (for each respective home game) which includes two (2) general admission tickets
to one of the Western Sydney Wanderers woman’s home games during the season at
the Wanderers Football Park (Offer) when you correct submit the competition entry form
on the Komatsu Australia website at
https://www.komatsu.com.au/ (Eligible Entry).
2) There are a total of five (5) ticket packs to win per home game, with a total of forty (40)
tickets packs to be won during the Offer Period. Each prize pack is valued at AUD$30
per pack with a total prize pool of AUD$1200.
3) Offer applies to Eligible Entries made between 5 December 2022 until 16 March 2023
(Offer Period).
4) There are five (5) prizes in total to be won. The first valid entry drawn each week will win
the prize for that week’s home game. The winners will be selected using a random name
generator at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office on:
a. Draw One – 8 December 2022 for home game on 11 December 2022;
b. Draw Two – 5 January 2023 for home game on 8 January 2023;
c. Draw Three – 11 January 2023 for home game on 14 January 2023;
d. Draw Four – 13 January 2023 for home game on 18 January 2023;
e. Draw Five – 24 January 2023 for home game on 28 January 2023;
f. Draw Six – 9 February 2023 for home game on 12 February 2023;
g. Draw Seven – 9 March 2023 for home game on 12 March 2023; and
h. Draw Eight – 16 March 2023 for home game on 19 March 2023.
5) Komatsu reserves the right to cancel this Offer and/or remove any additional games from
this Offer at its discretion and without notice to consumers placing an Eligible Entry.
6) The individual winners will be notified by email within one (1) business days of the draw,
the tickets will be sent to the winner’s email address in PDF form. In the event of an
unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn until claimed.
7) One (1) Eligible Entry per person, any additional Eligible Entries made by the same
person during the Offer Period will not be eligible to redeem the Offer.
In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity
arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further
acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State
or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in
any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the
world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made
to them.

9) This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
10) This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only
available in Australia.
11) Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This
Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable
due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right
to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no
products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable
legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its
absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
12) Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee of
Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an
immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
13) Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either
participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
