Entry Restrictions Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over. (“Eligible Entrant”).
Entry is not open to directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, and of their related bodies corporate, agencies, retailers and suppliers. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), grand child or step-grandchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Entry Method To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
Purchase any BioSlim product (“Eligible Product”) from any Participating Pharmacy; and Using their mobile phone device, scan the QR code link featured on Promotion materials displayed in one of the Participating Pharmacies and once scanned, following the link to submit their entry by entering their full name, state or territory, email address, telephone number and uploading a copy of their receipt showing proof of purchase of Eligible Product; or Accessing the Promotion post on the Promoter’s website page accessible via the link

There is no additional fee for entry into the Promotion. Entrants will require access to the internet to enter the Promotion. Any cost associated with entering the Promotion is the responsibility of the Entrant.
Maximum Number of Entries: Multiple entries are permitted, there is no Maximum Number of Entries provided the Entry Method is followed for each new entry. Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for each Qualifying Purchase (regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction).
Draw Details The Major Prize will be drawn by a random electronic draw, conducted by the Promoter, at its office at 1:00pm AEDT at 16 Giffnock Ave, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 on 7 April 2023. The first Eligible Entrant drawn will be deemed the Major Prize Winner and awarded the Major Prize.
The Minor Prizes will be drawn by a random electronic draw, conducted by the Promoter, at its office at 1:00pm AEDT 16 Giffnock Ave, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 on 7 April 2023. The first five (5) Eligible Entrants drawn will each be deemed a Minor Prize Winner and awarded one (1) of the Minor Prizes.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize There are six (6) prizes in total to be won, consisting of:
Major Prize
$5,000.00 AUD in Flight Centre gift vouchers, excluding GST (“Travel Vouchers”) to be awarded to one (1) Winner to be used towards a holiday to Fiji or a destination of your choice. Terms and conditions apply for use of the voucher
Minor Prize
There are five (5) x 100.00 AUD Westfield gift cards (“Gift Cards”) to be won. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Westfield shopping centre in Australia. The Gift Cards cannot be returned, replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash. The Promoter will not be responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, or redeemed without the Prize winner’s authorisation. If for any reason any Gift Card is not available, it will be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.
The values of the Prizes are accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prizes as at December 1st 2022. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
Value of Prize $5,500.00 AUD excluding GST.
Conditions of prize The Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, are subject to the conditions of entry in this Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions of this Promotion and any conditions of the suppliers of the Prizes.
Prize Winner Notification Major Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and email on 7 April 2023 by 11:59pm AEDT.
The first name, first letter of the surname and suburb of a Minor Prize Winner will be published on the Promoters website on 7 April 2023 by 11:59pm AEDT.
Prize Claim Date The Major Prize must be claimed by 11:59pm AEDT on 30 April 2023 (“Major Prize Claim Date”).
If the Major Prize is not claimed by the Major Prize Claim Date, the Major Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to determine an alternative winner by conducting another electronic prize draw with all remaining Eligible Entrants.
All Minor Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEDT on 30 April 2023 (“Minor Prize Claim Date”).
If a Minor Prize is not claimed by the Minor Prize Claim Date, that Minor Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to determine an alternative winner by conducting another electronic prize draw with all remaining Eligible Entrants.
Alternative Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication Details In the event that the Major Prize is not claimed by the Major Prize Claim Date, or the Major Prize Winner’s entry is deemed invalid, or otherwise forfeited, the Promoter will re-draw the Major Prize at 1:30pm AEDT at 16 Giffnock Ave, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 on 5 May 2023.
The Alternative Major Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and email on 05 May 2023 by 11:59pm. The first name, first letter of the surname and suburb of a Major Prize Winner will be published on the Promotes website
