My Motivation Competition 2023
1.     The Promoter of the My Motivation Competition (“Competition”) is Anytime Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 11 131 035 491) of 2/71 Longueville Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066 (“Promoter”). 

2.     Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

3.     Officers, employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, Anytime Fitness LLC or of Anytime Fitness Clubs are ineligible to participate in the Competition.

4. Anytime Australia and Anytime Fitness Clubs will not be responsible for any delay in preforming their obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond their control.

 5. All rights and remedies granted to Anytime Australia and Anytime Fitness Clubs under these Terms are in addition to the rights and remedies governed by the Membership Agreement entered into by the Participant and any Anytime Fitness Club. 

6. My Motivation Competition is only open to current and active members of Anytime Fitness Australia, over the age of 18. 

7.     The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 9 January 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 20 February 2023.

8.     To enter the Competition:
a.     All entrants (current and members of Anytime Fitness AU) enter the draw to win 1 of 10 annual Anytime Fitness Memberships by providing their name, email address, phone number, DOB and Anytime Fitness Club, and upload an image categorised by ‘what motivates you?’ plus a 300-character submission about why this object, person or moment (but not limited to these categories) motivates them. All details will be submitted via the following website,  www.anytimefitness.com.au/My-Motivation-Competiton no later than 11:59PM 20 February 2023.

The entrant must fill out all the information on the form and include both image and text description as part of their entry. 
 

9.     The Prize: 

There will be 10 x National winners selected. Each winner will receive a 12-month membership to their current Anytime Fitness club. The 12-month membership extension will be applied onto to their existing membership, following the announcement of all winners. The approximate prize value is up to $1200 per winner. The Prize is not transferrable to another club if the member changes club, or redeemable for cash.  The prize cannot be used in conjunction with another competition or offer. This offer is in no way associated with Facebook or Instagram.  
Anytime Australia will select 10 x winners from the completed submissions from the week commencing 27 February 2023 at Collective Wellness Group: Level 2/71 Longueville Rd Lane Cove NSW 2066). The 10x Winners will be selected based on best submissions received and compliance with the terms and conditions set out above. The 10x Winners will be determined by Anytime Australia in its sole discretion and Anytime Australia will not enter discussions regarding the 10x Winner’s selected. This is a game of skill, and not a game of chance, all submissions will be reasonably considered by Anytime Australia.
 11.     The major Prize winners will be notified by phone and email from the week commencing 6 March 2023

12.  If a winner does not claim the Prize by 10 March 2023, the Promoter will select a “new winner” of the applicable Prize on 10 March 2023. The new winner will be notified by phone and email on 10 March 2023. 

13.  If the new winner has not responded to claim their Prize by 16 March 2023, the promoter reserves the right to cancel that Competition prize at this point and no further selection shall take place. 

14.  Each valid entrant agrees to their photograph, name, suburb, and Anytime Fitness club, and any of their information and photographs provided in the online entry form being used by Anytime Australia and Anytime Fitness Clubs for marketing and promotional purposes including in written and/or video testimonials, statements, advertisements, social media posts and articles. The Anytime Fitness privacy policy applies to all personal information. The Privacy Policy can be accessed via https://www.anytimefitness.com.au/privacy/ 

15.  The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence with respect to it. 

16.  To the extent permitted by law, Anytime Fitness Clubs, Anytime Australia, Anytime Fitness LLC and any of their representatives (“Group”), exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the awarding or use of the Prize. The Group accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the Prize. The Winners should seek independent financial advice as to such implications.  

17. Anytime Fitness Australia may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.
