Method of Entry
To enter, each eligible entrant must: complete a valid entry at the Website within the Promotional Period.
Maximum Number of Entries
Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Any additional entries received from the entrant will be disregarded.
Prize Draw
A prize draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 3 March 2023 at Unit 7, 3-5 Gilda Crt Mulgrave VIC 3170. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize.
Prize Details
The Prize is a set of CADEX 50 Ultra Disc Tubeless wheels (valued at $4700.00) and a pair of CADEX Aero Tubeless tyres (valued at $279.90). There is one (1) prize to be won. The Total Prize Pool value is $4979.90.
Winner Notification
The Prize Winner will be notified directly by telephone and email.
Winner Publication Details
The Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s Website and Facebook page (facebook.com/CADEXCyclingAustralia) within 30 days of the date of the Prize Draw, and remain published for at least 30 days.
Unclaimed Prize Redraw
If required, an unclaimed prize redraw from all remaining valid entries received during the Promotional Period will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 2 June 2023 at Unit 7, 3-5 Gilda Crt Mulgrave VIC 3170. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the unclaimed Prize.
Use of Personal Information
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their Personal Information for promotional, publicity and marketing purposes of the Promoter (including for sending the entrant electronic marketing messages and direct marketing).

General Terms and Conditions
Introduction
By submitting an entry into this Promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions Schedule (the Schedule), including any instructions relating to the Promotion on the Promoter’s Website.
Any capitalised terms used in these General Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Schedule unless stated otherwise. In the event of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these General Terms and Conditions, the Schedule will take precedence.
The Promoter may in its absolute discretion refuse to award any Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is a game of random chance.
Entry into the Promotion is free.
Entry Restrictions
Eligibility to enter the Promotion is subject to the Entry Restrictions. An entrant of the Promotion must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Directors, immediate family members, employees and contractors of the Promoter and any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with the Promotion, or with the provision of the Prize, are not eligible to enter.
Promotional Period
The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotional Period. Any entry received after the expiry of the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Method of Entry
To enter the Promotion, entrants must enter the Promotion in accordance with the Method of Entry, and any other entry details provided by the Promoter on the Website, during the Promotional Period.
Maximum Number of Entries
Entrants can enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries. Entries must be submitted separately and each entry must individually meet the requirements in the Schedule and are subject to the Entry Restrictions.
Prize Draw
If a Prize is awarded by draw, all entries received in the Promotional Period will go into a random draw and the Prize Draw will be conducted in accordance with the details in Prize Draw of the Schedule. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win a Prize. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be disregarded and the Prize will be awarded by drawing the next valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prize Details
The Prize will be awarded as specified in the Schedule. The Total Prize Pool value is specified in the Schedule. The Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the relevant supplier, are in Australian dollars and are correct as at the time of the commencement of the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.
Prize Restrictions
Unless otherwise specified in the Schedule, the Promoter will not be responsible for any additional costs or expenses associated with the collection and/or use of the Prize. The Prize Winner is responsible for all costs associated with collecting and/or using the Prize including (if applicable) travel and/or transfers, expenses (including mechanical or workshop costs, parts or labour), medical and insurance costs.
Any tax payable as a result of a Prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the Winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
No component of the Prize can be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
All Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the Prizes or part of a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner (and any guests participating in using the Prize) must comply with all the conditions of use of that Prize and the Prize supplier’s requirements.
As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Winner Notification:
The prize winner(s) will be notified within five (5) days of the Prize Draw by telephone and email, as well as any other means of communication set out in the Schedule. Please allow at least twenty-eight (28) days from the date of notification for the delivery of the Prize.
Unclaimed Prize Redraw
In the event that a prize winner is unable to be contacted, the Promoter will retain the Prize for three (3) months from the date of the Prize Draw. If the Prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the date of the Prize Draw, the Promoter will redraw another winner for the unclaimed Prize through an Unclaimed Prize Redraw.
The Unclaimed Prize Redraw will be conducted in accordance with the details as specified under Unclaimed Prize Redraw in the Schedule as well as set out under section 10. Prize Draw in these Terms and Conditions. Unclaimed Prize Redraw winners will be notified as set out in Winner Notification.
Unclaimed Prizes
Prizes unclaimed after a period of three (3) months will be forfeited subject to State Regulations and any express provisions contained in the Schedule.
Personal Information and Privacy
The Promoter will collect your Personal Information, including name, email and phone number, for the purposes of conducting the Promotion. In doing so, the Promoter may disclose your Personal Information to its contractors, agents, any partner or co-promoter and to State and Territory gaming departments. Prize winners’ names may be published as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their Personal Information for promotional, publicity and marketing purposes of the Promoter (including for direct marketing), and any other purposes as specified in the Schedule, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to State Regulations. The Promoter will not award prize(s) if the Promotion is terminated.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, subject to State Regulations, cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions at a later date.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any one of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any other person or entrant.
