TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Barossa Fresh ‘WIN YOUR DREAM HOLIDAY’ (promotion) commences 7:00am (ACST) on Wednesday 1 February 2023 and concludes at 9:00pm (ACST) Tuesday 28 February 2023 (Promotion Period).
2. The Promotion is promoted by The Barossa Co-op.
3. All entrants are subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions r alterations to these terms and conditions.
Prize:
4. The promotion prize is a travel voucher to the value of $3,000
5. The prize voucher is provided by Phil Hoffman Travel, Barossa Valley.
Promotion Entry:
6. To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Spend $60.00 or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period at Barossa Fresh.
• Must be a member of the Barossa Co-op
• Be 18 years old or older
• Not be a staff member of the Barossa Co-op or a household member of a Barossa Co-op staff member.
• Must agree to receive e-newsletters and communications from The Promoter and its marketing partner, Mailchimp.
• Must complete the online entry form found at
https://barossa.coop/dream-holiday/ with personal details, date of purchase, total spend, and Receipt / Tax Invoice number.
7. Note Receipt / Tax Invoice numbers from the following receipts are not valid for the purpose of this Promotion:
• Receipt from non-participating retailers.
• Receipt with spend attributed to tobacco purchases (excludes the value of tobacco purchases on the total shop).
• Receipts from outside of the promotion period.
• Receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges;
• ATM or EFTPOS receipts;
• Credit card or bank statements;
• Receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently.
• Retain a copy of your Receipt / Tax Invoice for verification purposes.
• Complying with Clause 7 constitutes one (1x) valid entry (Entry).
• Entrants are entitled to multiple entries over the course of the Promotion Period but only one (1) Entry Form will be accepted per Receipt / Tax Invoice number.
• Entry forms that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.
• Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries with the same Receipt / Tax Invoice number or false entries may have all entries invalidated.
8. Prize will be drawn as follows:
• Valid entry will be randomly selected from the database of entrants.
• The prize will be drawn at 3 Murray Street, Nuriootpa, South Australia, 5355 at 10:00am (ACST) on Wednesday 1 March 2023.
• The winner will be contacted via phone/email and must present a copy of their Receipt / Tax Invoice for verification purposes.
General Terms and Conditions:
• Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, subject to, and in accordance with, these terms and conditions.
• The winning entry must confirm to all terms and conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or misdirected Entry Forms. Entry Forms which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
• Any decision made by The Promoter in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If a prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
• Proof of identity will be required to claim the Prize.
• By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give The Promoter authority to publicly announce their name at the time of the draw and at any stage thereafter.
• The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions.
• If the Prize is not claimed within two (2) weeks of draw, and a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the winner via details provided upon entry are unsuccessful, the Prize will be re-drawn on Wednesday 15 March 2023 at 3 Murray Street, Nuriootpa, South Australia, 5355 at 10:00am (ACST).
