Calling all culture seekers and theatre fanatics, Kelvin Grove entertainment destination La Boite Theatre has announced its explosive 2023 line-up, which is set to bring an incredible and inspiring season of firsts. Open your mind to new stories, new emotions and a world that once existed only at the fringes with four bold new Australian works at the iconic Roundhouse Theatre, brought to the stage by talented Australian artists and local creatives. With themes including morality and betrayal, relationships and grief, identity and displacement, and crushes and cosplay, there is a show for everyone.
There are four mainstage productions that have been announced for 2023 – The Poison of Polygamy, an adaption of Wong Shee Ping’s trailblazing novella, a story of heartbreak to healing Capricorn, a sharp-witted new comedy Cut Chilli, and a show of innocence and extroverts IRL.
