There will be one winner. The winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in any subsequent promotional activities and/or media relating to the Prize Draw. Prize is transferable but not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
All entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Cairns Amateurs Carnival and the Prize Sponsors until such time as they wish to unsubscribe and be taken off the database email list.
4. How to win
There will be one winner randomly selected from the total pool of entries received. The winner of the prize will be drawn by 3:00PM Friday, 23rd June, 2023, AEST.
Each entrant who has entered the prize draw over the duration of the campaign and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. Cairns Amateurs Carnival will first draw an entry for verification (Initial winner) and if the initial winner is invalid or ineligible, the first valid next entrant drawn will be assigned as the winner. The winner will be notified by phone or email. If the prize is unclaimed by 2 weeks after contact, an unclaimed prize draw will take place.
The name of the winner will be published at the discretion of Cairns Amateurs Carnival online on the Cairns Amateurs Carnival websites and social media pages.
The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered.
Entrants must be over the age of 18+ and must be Australian Residents.5. No liability
The promoter will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail.
