Due to overwhelming popularity and demand, Parrys Fix My Floor is back for 2023 and we are on the hunt to find Perth’s most offensive floor!

Whether it’s your lacklustre lino, horrid hardwood or catastrophic carpet, we want you to show us and tell us why we should fix it. Simply submit a pic or two of the offending floor and tell us in 25 words or less why it needs fixing - and you could win a Parrys flooring package to the value of $5000.

That sounds like a fantastic prize no matter where you stand!

Competition Details

WHEN:

    Entries commence: 24 April – 5 June
    Judging on the top five entries and online voting: 6 June – 15 June
    Grand Prize Winner announced: 19 June

PRIZE:
Our lucky ‘Fix my Flooring’ Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000 to put towards any retail priced Parrys flooring and every entrant will receive a 15% off full retail price voucher! (minimum spend of $1,000)

Please note: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one voucher can be used per transaction / household

HOW WILL IT BE JUDGED:
Entries close 5th June, 2023 and our judges will nominate the top five entries, which will be posted on the Parrys website on 6th June. The Grand Prize winner will be decided via online public voting between 6-15 June, with our winner announced 19 June.

Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in the promotion is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
2. The promotion commences 24/04/2023 and ends at 4:00pm on 05/06/2023.
3. This promotion is only open to Perth metropolitan region residents.
4. Winners must be 18 years or older at the time of the entry.
5. Only Perth domestic residences qualify for the major prize. Domestic residences are defined as homes, flats, town houses and apartments within the Perth Metropolitan area.
6. The entrants must own the domestic residence for which the submission has been made and it is considered an owner-occupied dwelling. Rental properties are not eligible for the promotion.
7. Eligibility does not extend to:
a) Employees, employee’s immediate families of Parrys Flooring Solutions and
b) Flooring installation contractors contracted by Parrys Flooring Solutions, nor their immediate family members,
8. Entries are limited to one entry per person (only legitimate email addresses will be accepted).
9. Parrys Flooring Solutions reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including but not limited to an entrant’s identity, age, place and ownership of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9a. If an entrant is submitting on behalf of a relative/friend they need to have full consent of that person to do so. If not, Parrys Flooring Solutions reserves the right to remove/disqualify the entrant.
10. Parrys Flooring Solutions will veto all entries before allowing to be posted on the competition site.
11. A selection of entries will be displayed on our competition website page along with their name. All other details such as last name, email address, phone number, suburb and state will only be used by the Parrys Flooring Solution Specialists to contact entrants as required and if they have opted into the Parrys mailing list for remarketing purposes.
12. The FIVE finalists will be decided after promotion finishes on 05/06/2023. Five finalists will then be subjected to a public vote (06/06/2023 to 11.59pm on 15/06/2023) to determine the winner. Winner of the promotion will be determined and announced on 19/06/2023.
14. The winner will be notified by telephone prior to the announcement on 19/06/2023 and will be published on Parrys Flooring Solutions website, Instagram and Facebook pages.
15. If the winner does not meet the terms and conditions, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfilment within 7 days, their prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
16. The promotional prize is $5,000 towards a flooring makeover. The winner must select products at the Parrys Flooring Solutions Belmont Head Office Warehouse at 203 Alexander Road Belmont.
17. The prize awarded is not redeemable for cash value or any other cash in lieu method.
18. If the full $5,000 is not redeemed, then no exchange or balance for monetary value can be redeemed.
19. If the supply and installation of the specified area is over $5000, the balance must be paid by the winning entrant 3 days prior to the commencement of the installation.
20. Winners may waive their right to receive the prize. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitution will be allowed.
21. Parrys Flooring Solutions will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected entries or the failure to receive entries of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with the sender or receiver of the entries.
22. All entrants and winners’ consent to Parrys Flooring Solutions using their name, images of themselves, images submitted for the promotion and any other before and after images of the domestic dwelling. This can be in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome).
23. The winner consents to Parrys Flooring Solutions accessing the property to capture before and after photos to show the transformation. These photos will also be subject to the above clause (22).
24. All qualified entrants receive 15% off any flooring retail price in any Parrys store with a minimum spend of $1,000.
25. The prize is only valid for the domestic residences for which the submission was made.
