Money magazine needs your help to find out which financial institutions provide the best products, customer service and digital experience.

The results, to be published in August, can serve as your guide when choosing an everyday savings account, mortgage, credit card or term deposit.

All survey entrants go into a draw to receive one of 10 annual magazine subscriptions worth $74.99 each, one of five $500 Mastercard gift cards and one lucky survey respondent will receive a $1000 Mastercard gift card.

Closes on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11:59pm.

Instructions:

1.   Select a banking service that you use e.g. 'Everyday Banking'.
2.   Enter in the name of your bank.
3.   Rate the bank based on a five-star rating with five stars being the highest. Please rank for product, customer service and digital experience.
4.   You may add another banking service you use e.g. 'Mortgage', 'Credit Card', 'Term Deposit' or another "Everyday Savings" account, repeating the steps. You do not have to submit an entry for each category if you do not use that product (e.g. if you don't have a term deposit, you can still submit an entry).
