   Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

  Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who on the 2023 Splendour In The Grass line up do you most want to see and why?” AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required under the ‘win’ tab on the Nova Player App and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who on the 2023 Splendour In The Grass line up do you most want to see and why?”
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to ten (10) Website and Nova Player App Entries (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries (each a Challenger);
 
       (b) contact up to ten (10) Challengers by telephone and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List).
AND/OR
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (each a Challenger) and placed on the Standby List for that day (Standby List).
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:

the Promoter will have a predetermined piece of audio that features four celebrity voices (Nominated Celebrity Phrase);
the Challenger, during a specified time period, will be played the Nominated Celebrity Phrase and will be asked to identify which four (4) celebrities make up the Nominated Celebrity Phrase;
should the Challenger not correctly identify all four (4) celebrities (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), that Challenger will not be awarded a Prize, and the Promoter will invite another Challenger to participate in the On-Air Challenge;
the first Challenger to correctly identify all four (4) celebrity voices that make up the Nominated Celebrity Phrase (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed the winner and will be awarded the Prize.
the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to the Challenger during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so;

For the that make up the Nominated Celebrity Phrase in the correct order to win the Prize(as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).

Entry Restrictions: Guesses must be made on-air

Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
   All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00PM AEST Friday 16 June 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
