Did you know that, as of 1 June 2023, we've officially launched our new smartphone app?
Available on both the Apple and Google stores, you can now download the Jacaranda FastMoney app to more efficiently manage your finances, regardless of whether you're a current Jacaranda customer or not.
To celebrate the launch of our brand-new app, we're giving away a $5,000 cash prize to one lucky customer who downloads the app during June 2023!
You just have to do the following:
Existing customers:
Download the app and log in;
Follow the prompts to leave a review on the Apple or Google App Store; and
Send a screenshot of your review to

New customers:
Download and submit an application through the app if you are not currently a Jacaranda customer (it only takes 5-12 minutes1!)

When?
To enter the draw, entrants must meet the criteria between the following dates:
Start date: 01/06/23 at 09:00 am AEST
End date: 30/06/23 at 11:59 pm AEST
The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, and the results will be published on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) on 13/07/23.
Where?
The FastMoney app is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Existing customers will be prompted to log in with their existing information: those who can't remember their login details are encouraged to contact our customer service team.
New customers will be prompted to apply via the app and will be redirected to our online application portal. Applying with Jacaranda can take as little as 5-12 minutes1, depending on the circumstances. See our How to Apply page here for more information.
Entrants must also submit a review in the relevant Apple or Google store to receive and send proof of their review to Jacaranda Finance (see above). For the sake of clarity, all reviews shall be entered into the draw and have an equal chance to win, regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
Residents in the ACT are excluded from entry.
How?
The winner will be randomly selected by Jacaranda via a computerised draw and will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw closing.
Please note that we will only contact you via official channels, such as your email address or phone number. We will not contact you via social media.
The money will be sent to the bank account specified in your current loan contract or application. If your bank account has Pay-ID enabled, the funds could be transferred to your account within 60 seconds3.
