Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Coles Supermarkets (including online at www.coles.com.au) (Outlets) in Australia.

Entry instructions
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
make a Qualifying Purchase from an Outlet and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information to receive one entry into the daily prize draw (corresponding to your date of entry) and one entry into the major prize draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, any purchase of Gatorade or G-Active at Coles Express stores will not be valid for entry into this competition.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 281 winners determined in respect of this competition – 280 daily winners (10 daily winners for each day during the Competition Period) and 1 major winner.
There will be 29 draws conducted – 28 daily draws (1 draw for each day during the Competition Period) and 1 major draw.
All draws will be conducted at Greeneagle Distribution and Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212.
Daily draws
The daily draws will take place each day at 9am (AEST) between 27/07/2023 and 23/08/2023. Any daily draws scheduled for weekends or Victorian public holidays will be conducted on the next business day.
In each daily draw, the first ten (10) valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received the calendar day prior to the daily draw date will each win a daily prize.
If, in respect of a daily draw, no entries have been received for the respective day, the prize/s will carry over to the next daily draw date on which the Promoter has received enough entries to award the daily prize/s. Entries received in respect of each daily draw will not roll over to subsequent daily draws, but will be entered into the major prize draw.
Major draw
The major draw will be held at 9am (AEST) on 25/08/2023.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from all of the entries received during the Competition Period (including any daily prize winners) will win the major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in any draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

What can I win?

There are 281 prizes available – 280 daily prizes (10 prizes for each day of the Competition Period) and 1 major prize.
Daily prizes
The daily prize is a $150 The AFL Store e-Voucher.
Max 1 daily prize per person (excluding SA residents).

An AFL Store e-voucher can be redeemed in physical AFL stores or online at www.theaflstore.com.au and is valid for use until 12/07/2026. AFL Store e-Vouchers can only be used once and any remaining balance will be forfeited by the bearer. Free shipping for online purchases will apply for all purchases over $100.

Major Prize:
The major prize is a 2023 Toyota AFL Grand Final experience for the winner and 3 adult companions valued at up to $62,000 depending on the winner's point of departure, and includes the following:

4 x return economy airfares (including all airline and airport taxes) from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne (Victoria), return private transfers between Melbourne airport and hotel and 2 nights’ accommodation (in 2 twin rooms or similar) including breakfast at a minimum 4 star hotel in Melbourne (as determined by the Promoter), all valued up to $14,500 depending on the winner's point of departure.
Flights are not included if the winner lives in Victoria, however return private ground transfers will be included (up to the value of $1,000) between the winner's place of residence and the hotel in Melbourne;
return ground transfers for 4 people between hotel and the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Grand Final day, valued at up to $500 depending on location of hotel;

Pick the Score
The major prize winner will also have the chance to win $100,000 if they can correctly guess the AFL Grand Final game’s final score, in accordance with the following:
The major prize winner will have one single opportunity to guess what the correct and final score will be (expressed as 2 numbers only and do not have to be in order or tied to a team) as at the final whistle during normal time (excluding any extra-time) for the Toyota AFL Grand Final game on Saturday 30th September 2023 (Score Guess).
The major prize winner's Score Guess must be emailed to, and received by, the Promoter's approved third party by 12.00pm AEST on Thursday 28th September 2023 to ensure the Score Guess is received, and is true and valid. The major prize winner (upon being contacted and validated as the major prize winner) will be advised of the correct email address that they must send their Score Guess. The Promoter recommends the major prize winner submits their Score Guess prior to 11am AEST to be safe.
The email with the Score Guess must be received by the Promoter's approved third party, on or prior to 12.00pm AEST on 28th September 2023. Any Score Guess received after 12:00pm AEST on 28/09/2023 will not be a valid Score Guess and the major prize winner will be disqualified from the chance to win the $100,000 prize. The major prize winner is encouraged to use the 'Request a Delivery Receipt' and 'Request a Read Receipt' options when sending the email for their own record.
Subject the exclusions and limitations set out below, if the major prize winner's Score Guess matches the official final (normal full time) score of the 2023 Toyota AFL Grand Final game played on 30th September 2023 in full (4 complete quarters), the major prize winner will win $100,000. The settlement will be made in full to the major prize winner via bank transfer to their AU bank account within 60 days of the game on 30th September 2023. The Promoter is not liable if bank details are incorrect.
If the major prize winner's valid Score Guess does not match the official final (normal full time) score of the 2023 AFL Grand Final game fully played on 30th September 2023, the major prize winner will receive a consolation prize of $5,000.
The Pick the Score segment (as part of the major prize) is a game of skill.
Exclusions/Limitations
The Pick the Score segment will not proceed (and will be considered null and void and no Pick the Score prize will be awarded) if the following occurs:
If the Grand Final on 30/09/2023 is cancelled and is not rescheduled.
The Grand Final game on 30/09/2023 commences but is not played out for the official full time (4 quarters), is suspended or abandoned for any reason and the umpire declares ‘No result’ regardless of whether the game is rescheduled or not.
an event or circumstances which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, alter the way in which the 2023 AFL Grand Final is usually conducted or exceptional circumstances occur which mean that the Pick the Score segment cannot effectively and/or fairly function.
If before the major prize winner submits their Score Guess, the Grand Final on 30/09/2023 is rescheduled prior to the game's commencement to a different date and/or location in the future prior to commencing, the major prize winner will be able to submit their predicted score 48 hours before the rescheduled Grand Final kick off time/date.
If after the major prize winner submits their Score Guess, the 2023 Grand Final is rescheduled prior to the game's commencement to a different date and/or location in the future, the predicted score received by the Promoter will be considered the winner's Score Guess for (and carries over to) the rescheduled 2023 Grand Final date and/or location, and cannot be changed.
If the 2023 Grand Final is abandoned but the match umpire and the AFL declares the ‘Game Complete’, the score at that point will be considered the final score of the game:
if that score matches the winner's Score Guess, they will win the $100,000.
if the score does not match the winner's Score Guess, the major prize winner will not win the $100,000 but will win a consolation prize of $5,000.
Total prize pool
The daily prize pool is $42,000.
The major prize pool is up to $62,000.
The total prize pool is up to $104,000.
The game of skill 'Pick the Score' segment is valued at $100,000 (if the major prize winner's Score Guess is valid and correct) or $5,000 (if a consolation prize is awarded for the 'Pick the Score' segment).
How many times can I enter?
You can enter a maximum of 5 times per day. Each entry must be based on a separate Qualifying Purchase and purchase receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
The daily prize winners will be notified by email within two business days of determination.
The major prize winner will be notified by phone and email and will also have their name and state/territory/postcode of residence published on the Website on 29/08/2023 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries.
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) 08/09/2023.
Unclaimed prize/s determination: 9am (AEST) 11/09/2023 at the same location as the original draws.
If any prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a prize winner (or a prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the relevant prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize.
Any winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be informed by phone and email within two business days of determination, and in the event of a major prize winner in this draw, their name and state/territory/postcode of residence will be published on the Website on 12/09/2023 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 03/10/2023.
Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as the Philippines, New Zealand, the UK and the Netherlands.
By entering, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.

Entry

Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. Where relevant, entry forms/scratch cards from any other competition cannot be used for this competition, and are void if copied, forged, stolen or interfered with. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the Promoter's property. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). If online or SMS entry is available, you will receive a return message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Prizes

Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant:
validity period/s;
booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;
conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, COVID safety requirements and applicable dress codes);
conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required;
a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and
a requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
You/your companion/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events, activities or opportunities (including the Pick the Score segment) awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity/opportunity. Similarly, while the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any specified celebrity/ies in the prize element/s, the Promoter and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if for any reason the celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and prize suppliers (e.g. illness). Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.
General

Any failure by you or (if applicable) your companion/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion/s accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.
If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion/s must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you/your companion/s are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You/your companion/s must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies.
You/your companion/s must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries and/or verifying your identity (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
You must not:
tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
breach any law; or
behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
If companion/s can take the prize with you, you are responsible for your companion/s and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or any or all of your companion/s if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
If you (or your companion/s, if applicable), in the opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.
If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
If publication will take place, by entering, you request that your full address not be published.
Where relevant for instant win promotions, printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
