Information on how to enter and how to claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible to enter, individuals must;
(a) By submitting an entry into Nutrition Warehouse - Win $1000 Optimum Nutrition Prize Pack competition, you go into the draw to win a $1000 Optimum Nutrition prize pack.
(b) to enter the Prize draw, individuals must fully complete and submit the online entry form with the requested details including but not limited to first name, last name, email address, mobile. Entrants must complete an online entry form for each eligible entry. Only one entry per entrants email.
1. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its contractors and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, grand parent, aunt/uncle, natural or adopted child, sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), first cousins, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor. Entrants under 18 must use a parent or guardian to enter for them. ID may be requested to release the Prize Pack.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
3. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
6. Promotion commences at 12:00pm (AEST) on 16 August 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 12 September 2023 (Competition Period).
7. Prize draw entries must be made via
www.nutritionwarehouse.com.au and must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 12 September 2023.
8. The winner will be notified by phone and email. Best attempts will be made to contact the winner.
9. All claims made for prizes must be received by 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2023.
10. The Prize draw will take place at Nutrition Warehouse Support Office, 20 Kohl St Upper Coomera, QUEENSLAND, 4209 by 5:00pm (AEST) on 13 September 2023.
11. Should Nutrition Warehouse PTY Ltd be unable to make contact with the winner given all reasonable efforts. A prize redraw will occur on 13 November, 2023.
12. Winning entries will be drawn pertinent to the quantity of prizes available for each prize. (1)
13. The drawn winners will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The Prize winners will also be published at
www.nutritionwarehouse.com.au/terms-and-conditions, by 31 August 2023, for a minimum of 30 days.
14. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
16. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
18. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
19. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
