Winner Selection: The competition is a game of skill, and one (1) winner will be chosen by the Promoter based on the response to: Tell us in 50 words or less, what is your favourite marine animal and why?
The winner will be advised by email on 13 September 2023.
The Promoter may select additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is chosen, or the winner is not able to be contacted within three (3) working days of Promoters initial contact.

General
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The prize is valid for 12 months from date of issue. No extension of the validity date of the prize will be permitted.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Winner needs to give a minimum 30 days of notice before travel.
The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition. Entry is conditional upon providing. The personal information will be used and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at

The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Prize and booking of the Prize are subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of the Promoter, Subsidiaries, and airline.
Meals, transport, and other incidentals are not included except where specifically stated.
If a specified prizes becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoter/Prize Provider may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Team members from Village Roadshow Theme Parks and associated subsidiaries, Destination Gold Coast and Sea World Helicopters are not eligibility to enter or win the major prize.
Travel insurance is not included in the prize and remains the responsibility of the winner. Documentation required for travel will remain the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Sea World Resort Stay for four (4)

Animal Adventure – Behind the Scenes at Sea World
Date and times are subject to Village Roadshow Theme Parks discretion. Participant criteria applies. All participants, or a legal guardian (18 years or over), will be required to sign a liability release form and criteria check list before beginning the program.
As part of Behind the Scenes at Sea World, you will get an exclusive back-of-house tour and get a rare insight into how the Sea World team care for resident and rescue marine life.
Participants must be a minimum age of 8 years of age. Participants aged 8-13 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult. Enclosed footwear must be worn. Photography is not permitted whilst in back-of-house areas.

Children must be a minimum of three (3) years old to travel on the balloon flight and children up to the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the balloon flight.
It is a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and company requirement that Passengers flying with the Operator must be able to climb into the basket unaided, so that in the event of an emergency Passengers are also able to climb out of the basket unaided. The side of the basket is approx. 1.2 metres high with two footholds for passengers to use like a ladder when climbing into the basket.
Pregnant passengers are permitted to fly with the Operator up to 3 months (less than 13 weeks) of their pregnancy term. Beyond 3 months of pregnancy are not permitted to fly.

Participants are required to be a minimum of 7 years old and a reach of 160cm at the palm of their hand. Participant criteria applies. All participants, or a legal guardian (18 years or over), will be required to sign a liability release form and criteria check list before beginning.
Tree Top Challenge requires a degree of physical and mental strength and is suitable only for persons physically and mentally able to sustain a reasonable level of physical exertion and stress.
Safety equipment (gloves, harness, safety straps, pulley) will be provided to you. This safety equipment must be used according to the instructions given and treated carefully. You must wear other suitable clothing, and you should be aware that clothing may be damaged or dirtied during the Tree Top Challenge.
