Hisense NRL “Grand Final Experience” (“Competition”) Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”)

To be eligible to enter you must:
reside in Australia
be over 18 years of age
Employees of Hisense, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
Methods of Entry
The competition period commences at 9:00am AEST on 18/08/2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 17/09/2023 (competition period), and Hisense reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
To enter the competition, an entrant must complete one of the following methods;
Submit the online entry form by providing your full name, mobile number, email address, postcode and accept these Terms and Conditions where required on the competition landing page at
https://hisense.partnership-hub.com/2023-NRL-Grand-Final-Experience during the competition period.
Purchase and Register a Hisense product listed within the Product Registration Tier List section of these Terms and Conditions within the Competition Period via the Hisense Product Registration landing page at
https://www.hisense.com.au/product-registration, providing your full name, mobile number, email address, postcode, required product information, proof of purchase and accept the terms and conditions of this competition where required.
Follow Hisense’s Instagram page (@HisenseAU), and like, comment on the Instagram post that references this competition, as referenced under the section Social Media Entry within these terms and conditions.
The competition will be advertised on the Hisense Australia website, Hisense Social Media Pages, Hisense Email Database and will include a link or instructions to the competition landing page.
The competition will also be advertised on the National Rugby League website (NRL.com), as well as NRL’s email database.
No late entries will be accepted.
A limit of one entry per person per method, unless listed otherwise within these terms and conditions.
Social Media Entry
To qualify for entries via Hisense’s Instagram, the entrant must;
be following Hisense’s Instagram page (@HisenseAU) before the end of the Competition Period and;
Comment or Like the post referencing the competition.
Each entrant can qualify for 2 entries into the competition via this method, one for “liking” the competition post, another for commenting.
Post-entry survey
Post entering the online entry form, the entrant may choose to complete an additional survey for five (5) bonus entries. Following completion, the entrant will be eligible for six (6) entries into the competition.

Selection of winners
1 (one) major winner will be chosen by random draw which will take place from:
10:00 AM AEST on 18th September 2023
at Greenroom Digital, 49-51 Stead Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3205.
The winners will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw by a Hisense representative.
The results of the draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance.

Unclaimed prize draw
If the winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified by Hisense that they have won the competition, the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Hisense to contact the winner has been unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Greenroom Digital reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.
If Hisense thinks it is necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 21st September 2023 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.

Promotion and marketing
By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Hisense may require without remuneration.
The winners also consent to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winner for the purpose of promotion and further marketing, without any further reference or payment to the winner.
Prize
One (1) major prize consisting of:
2 x Gold Tickets to the 2023 NRL Grand Final, a Sideline Experience, and a Food & Beverage package for the duration of the event valued at $4, 528 ex GST.
2 x NRL Merch Packs valued at $600 ex GST.
2 nights accommodation at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood on Saturday the 30th of September and Sunday the 1st of October valued at $1,189 ex GST.
Travel allowance to the 2023 NRL Grand Final from the above listed accommodation valued at up to $200 ex GST.
Additionally, if the winner is not located in New South Wales;
2 x return flights from the winner’s location to Sydney Airport, valued at up $1,599
Travel allowance to and from the airport to the above listed accommodation valued at up to $300 ex GST.
Total prize pool valued AUD $8,416 ex GST as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering or winning the competition outside of the above listed items.
If the prizes are not available for any reason, Hisense reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winners agree in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winners do not agree despite reasonable attempts by Hisense to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Hisense control, Hisense may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by Hisense to be of equal or higher value.
Hisense will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winners within 14 days of the draw.
General
Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you meet the entry eligibility requirements and have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
Hisense reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the landing page at Hisense. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the competition landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Hisense. Hisense reserves the right to disqualify any entrants if Hisense reasonably suspect the entrant has any unlawful or improper conduct. Such improper conduct can include: infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights; or a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
If the competition is not capable of running as planned to include by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Hisense’s control, Hisense may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected competition attempts, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Hisense shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the conduct of the competition or the competition or use of the prize (including but not limited to direct loss) including:
Technical or telecommunications problems (such as security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches); or
Acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of Hisense’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this competition who are acting outside their authority as agent of Hisense.

Hisense collects personal information to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom we are running the competition.
Hisense is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax.
The laws of Victoria apply to this competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Victoria.
