Eligibility: Barossa Valley Chocolate Company (BVCC) Rocky Road Rewards Program (RRR) Promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on Wednesday 23 August at midnight and ends on Sunday 3rd September 2023 midnight.
How to Enter: Sign up to the RRR via the QR code in-store or via our website. Participants may enter the Promotion only once. Eligibility to new and existing members.
Prize: 4.1. One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. 4.2. The prize consists of a wine and chocolate gift box. 4.3. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $125 plus shipping. 4.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Winner Selection: 5.1. The winner will be selected on Monday 4th September. 5.2. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. 5.3. If the selected winner does not respond within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be chosen.
Privacy: Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be subject to the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company privacy policy.
