1. Instructions, prizes, and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering into or participating in the competition, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. This competition is conducted by SavourLife Pty Ltd (SavourLife) ABN 79 162 723 882 of Level 42, 2 Park St, Sydney NSW 2000.
3. Entries open at 12.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 30th August 2023 and close at 11.59pm (AEST) on Saturday 30th Sept 2023.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia of 18 years or older, excluding employees of SavourLife, their immediate families or any organisation, contractor or agent associated with the competition. To qualify for the prize, you must be the current, legal owner of a dog.
5. There is one prize associated with this competition which is year’s supply of SavourLife dog food.The year’s supply of food (and therefore the prize value) is determined to be 80kg of SavourLife’sGrain Free, Ancient Grains, or Essentials range food. RRP max value of $1079.92. We will deliver to the winner’s nominated Australian address within mainland Australia or Tasmania.
6. All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. To enter the competition, you must provide your name and email address. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid competition entries received.
8. Only one entry per person.
9. The draw will take place at 12.00pm (AEST) on Monday 2nd October 2023.
10. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot take the prize as stipulated, then the entry will be forfeited. SavourLife may conduct such further draws as are necessary in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
11. All determinations of SavourLife in connection with the competition are made at its absolute discretion and are final. SavourLife will not enter into correspondence or discussions with any entrant regarding the result of the competition or any other decision of SavourLife in connection with the competition.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond SavourLife's reasonable control, SavourLife reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, as appropriate. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the survey should be directed to SavourLife.
13. Entrants personal information will be handled by SavourLife in accordance with the our Privacy Policy (available at savour-life.com.au). Any personal information collected will be used by the SavourLife for the purpose of conducting the competition (including, without limitation, for the purpose of issuing prizes to winners).
