TERMS + CONDITIONS - WIN A JAC + JACK WARDROBE 2023
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Jac + Jack Pty Ltd. The "Prize" refers to 6 x $500 and $2 x $1000 vouchers for use in Jac + Jack stores and online. Total prize pool is $5000.
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This giveaway opens at 10:00 AM AEST on Tuesday 26th September 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 10th October 2023 (Promotion Period).
The draw will take place on Thursday 12th October 2023 at 5pm AEDT at Jac + Jack’s Head Office -Level 2, 30 Kellett Street, Potts Point, 2011, NSW, Australia. The draw will not take place publicly. The ten (10) winning entrants will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winners must claim their Prize by responding via email by Friday 29th October 2023.
The giveaway is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition, nor are the individuals featured in the giveaway campaign creative assets.
To enter the giveaway, each entrant is required to fill out their contact details in the entry form (found on jacandjack.com/pages/win-a-wardrobe-competition) or via the Facebook lead form.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
