Reiki is an energy healing technique developed in Japan over 100 years ago. Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and can be sent over a distance. Reiki improves the flow and balance of your own energy to support healing. There are no limits to the problems you can work on with Reiki.
