Entry is open to Australian residents only, except employees of Texas Peak Pty Ltd, Bocara Limited and their immediate families.
The promotional period commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 10 October 2023 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 5 November 2023. ('Promotional Period').
The five (5) winners will be selected on or before 8 November 2023, 12:00pm AEST on the premises of Texas Peak, 30 Tullamarine Park Rd, Tullamarine, VIC, Australia. The winners will be notified by email and their details will be posted on the competition page (

To enter, participants must complete a competition entry form at
https://www.brooksrunning.com.au/meet_brooks/competition/rh_competition during the dates specified above. It is the participants responsibility to ensure all details are full and correct before submitting their entry form.
Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disregarded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualitfy any entrant for tampering with the entrty process. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age or have permission from their Parent or Guardian.
The winners of the Promotion will be chosen at random. The prizes must be claimed before 5pm AEST on 30 November 2023, otherwise a redraw may occur. In the event the prize is not claimed, a redraw may occur on the 1 December at 12:00pm AEST at the premises of Texas Peak Pty Ltd.
The winners will be notified by email to the email address provided in the competition entry form of the relevant draw.

The promoter reserves the right to request winners provide proff of their identity and proff of Australian residency in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification and residency is at the judgement of the promoter.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in accordance with all state and territory regulations.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
