Promotion Period Start Date
The Promotion commences Tuesday, 10th October 2023 at 6:00am AEDT.
The Promoter reserves the right to tease the promotion prior to the competition start date.
Promotion Period Close Date
The Promotion concludes Sunday, 3rd December 2023 at 11:59pm AEDT.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) Amend the contesting period at its absolute
discretion including to close the competition
within the Promotion Period.
(ii) Terminate the competition subject to any
direction from a regulatory authority.
Entry Restrictions
1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
2. Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address in a state or territory within Australia.
3. Only one prize can be won per person per competition.
How to Enter
During the Promotional Period, listeners will be encouraged to visit the Station Website(s) set out in these terms, provide their contact details, and tell us in 25 words or less, “why do you want to win a Beaumont Tiles complete bathroom package valued at $10,000?”
The Entrant acknowledges and accepts that as part of their entry, they will opt in to Beaumont Tiles VIP Club. The Entrant can opt out of Beaumont Times VIP Club at any time.
Winner Selection Details
The Promotion is a Game of Skill, and the winner will be judged by the Promoter in its absolute discretion to have successfully submitted the most creative and deserving entry in line with the Promotion.
Entries will be placed into a random electronic draw and one winner will be chosen at random from all eligible, valid, and complete entries received.
The draw will take place at Sports Entertainment Network Pty Ltd, Level 2, 263 North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.
Unclaimed Prizes:
Any unclaimed prize by a winner will be reviewed, and a recount will be conducted by a Station Representative four weeks from the date a winner has been notified unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Details
There is 1 prize to be won for 1 winner.
The winner will receive:
• 1 x Beaumont Tiles Complete Bathroom Package,
valued at $10,000.
The $10,000 can be used on tiles, bathroom ware, or accessories from Beaumont Tiles.
The prize excludes labour.
The products selected will be valued at full RRP, even if Beaumont Tiles is on sale at the time of selection.
There can be no refunds or returns whatsoever on the selected items, other than within standard returns policy.
If there is a value variance, that value can-not be taken as cash or transferred in any way.
The prize must be taken in full on or before 30th June 2024. Failure to do so will see the prize in full forfeited.
Products selected must be current in-stock items, no special orders will be accepted.
The winner can select a pre-designed package from Beaumont Tiles or create their own to the full RRP value of $10,000.
The winner can purchase a more expensive package, but will be required to pay cash for the amount that exceeds $10,000.
