1.1. The Gym Journal Starter Pack ("Competition") is open to individuals who:
* Are residents of Australia.
* Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of The Gym Journal, its affiliates, partners, and sponsors are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2. Competition Period:
2.1. The Competition begins on Monday October 23rd, 2023 and ends on Sunday, 5th November 2023 ("Competition Period").
3. How to Enter:
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must follow these steps:
* Visit the Competition entry page through the link
* Click the "Enter" button
* Complete the entry form by providing the requested personal information.
3.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Competition.
3.3. Participants may gain an extra chance to win by sharing the Competition on their Instagram story and tagging @the_gymjournal.
4. Prize:
4.1. Two (2) Prize Winners will receive a Gym Journal Starter Pack, each valued at $46.95, which includes the following items:
* A Gym Journal (Winners colour of choice of available stock)
* An Essentials Ballpoint Pen (Winners colour of choice)
* A 400mL Mini Shaker
4.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
5. Winner Selection:
5.1. The Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2. The Winner will be announced on the official The Gym Journal Instagram account on Monday, 6th November 2023, and will be contacted via email.
6. Privacy:
6.1. All personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with The Gym Journal's Privacy Policy.
7. General Terms:
7.1. This Competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Participants agree that they are providing their information to The Gym Journal and not to Instagram or Facebook.
7.2. By entering the Competition, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Competition.

7.4. The Gym Journal reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without notice.
