To enter the monthly giveaway simply scan the QR Code on the promotional coasters located inside RQYS, complete the online registration form in full and submit. Thats it!

Enter to WIN a Magnum of Robert Oatley Wine Giveaway
1. The Promoter is: The Yacht Sales Company Pty Ltd (ABN 84 134 959 103) of registered office address:
1/173, 175 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba, QLD, Australia, 4557.
2. The monthly prize is a 1.5L Magnum of Robert Oatley Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon,
kindly donated by Robert Oatley Wines.
3. To enter the monthly giveaway, scan the QR code on the promotional coasters located inside RQYS, complete
the online entry form in full and submit –

responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or submitted, regardless of the reason.
4. Entries to this giveaway will open on Friday 3rd November 2023, with the first draw to take place on
Friday 10th November 2023 during RQYS’ Food and Wine Fair Twilight event at 7pm. The winner
for the first draw will be announced live over the PA system during the event and must be present to
win and accept their prize. If the person/s drawn are not present to claim their prize, the draw will
continue until a winner is found who is present to accept the prize.
5. Monthly draws will continue thereafter on Friday 8th December 2023, Friday 12th January 2024,
Friday 9th February 2024, Friday 8th March with the final draw to take place on Friday 12th April
2024. Following this final draw, entries will close.
6. The above subsequent monthly draws will be conducted offsite by an employee from The Yacht Sales Co
using an online random generator. Winners will not be required to be present at the Royal Queensland Yacht
Squadron on the subsequent draw dates to win. Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of each
draw. If the winner cannot be contacted and/or does not claim their prize via email within 7 days of
notification and must collect their prize from RQYS within 28 days of notification. Otherwise, we reserve the
right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
7. Employees of the Promoter (The Yacht Sales Co) and the host club (Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron),
their family members and anyone else connected with the competition, are not permitted to enter, or win.
8. The rules of the giveaway and the prize are as follows:

10. Winner’s names and photos (if available) will be published on The Yacht Sales Co and RQYS social media
channels and in RQYS In the Wind each month following the draw. The Winners agree to the use of their
names and images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners, or any other entrants
will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be
disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
12. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability, and the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, including these terms and conditions
without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or
anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
