1.1 Participation in this Promotion and information regarding redemption of any prizes from the Prize Pool forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.2. ByEnteringthisactivityandcollectingaGiftCard,EligibleEntrantswarrantthattheyhaveread,understandandagreetobe bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Duration
2.1. ThisPromotionrunsfromMonday20November2023toSaturday9December2023,excludingSunday’s.
3. Eligibility
3.1. ThefollowingareNOTELIGIBLEtoenterthePromotion-retailers,storeowners,managersandtheiremployees,andany other person with employment connections to or at The Pines Shopping Centre.
3.2. Excludescigarettes,tobaccoproducts,smokingaccessories,lotto,laybys,bills,utilityandratespayments,bankfees, charges and insurance payments .
4. Method of entry
4.1. Toenter,aperson(EligibleEntrant)must:
Complete either one of the two transaction types detailed below, at The Pines Shopping Centre Elanora between 7:00am
Monday 20 November 2023 and 1.45 pm Saturday 9 December 2023.
Either
(a) Spend$50.00ormoreandobtainareceiptfromanyPinesspecialtystore(Note-2receiptsforthesamedaymaybe added together to reach $50 or more)
OR
(b) Spend$150.00ormoreandobtainareceiptatWoolworths,Coles,AldiorKmartinonesingletransactionatThePines Shopping Centre, Elanora.
4.2. Onlyoneentryperpersonperday.
4.3. Receiptsmayonlybeusedonceasproofofeligibilitytoenter.
4.4. Duplicatedreceiptswillnotbeaccepted.
4.5. ThePromoterreservestherighttonotacceptentriesthatareillegible,forged,mutilated,copiedortamperedwithinanyway.

5. Method of Random Selection of Daily Prize Pool of Gift Card by Eligible Entrant
5.1. TheDailyPrizePoolGiftCardswillbeplacedin124individualunmarkedenvelopesandsplitrandomlyinto4containers;each container will be marked with an ICON matching the Gift Card Give Away plinko board.
5.2. EachEligibleEntrantwillbeaskedtodropthepuckintotheGiftCardGiveAwayplinkoboardtorandomlyselectanicon.One drop per Eligible Entrant unless they get “drop again”, or all prizes in that ICON pool have been exhausted for the day, when they will be invited to “drop again”.
5.3. TheEligibleEntrantwillthenbeinvitedtoselectanunmarkedenvelopefromthematchingICONselectionprovided.
5.4. EachEnvelopewillcontainoneoftheDailyPrizePoolGiftCards.
5.5. EligibleEntrantswillbeaskedfortheirname,PostCodeandSuburbdetails,emailandormobilenumber,whichwillbe recorded at the time of entry into the promotion. The value of their purchase and store where the purchase was made will be collected.
5.6. EligibleEntrantswillbeinvitedtojoinourmailinglist,thisisnotarequirementtoenter.
5.7. GiftCardswillbeissuedatthepromotionsstandtobeplacedatvariouslocationsaroundthecentrefrom10.00amto2.00pm
on the following dates only;-
Monday 20 November 2023 to Saturday 25 November 2023, and Monday 27 November 2023 to Saturday 2 December 2023, and Monday 4 December 2023 to Saturday 9 December 2023
5.8. TherewillbetheDailyPrizePoolofGiftCardsavailableforcollectioneachday.
5.9. OneGIFTCARDONLYperadultpersonperday.
5.10.Once all Gift Cards have been exhausted each day or the advertised finishing time is reached, whichever is the earliest, the promotion stand will close until the following day.
6. Method of Gift Card redemption
6.1. EachPinesGiftCardmaybeusedatsuitableterminalsatThePinesElanora,byselectingSavingsandusingthePINNumber provided on the back of the card, until the funds have been exhausted.
7. Gift Cards
7.1. ThetotalamountofGiftCardsforthisPromotionconsistsofthenumberofprizesnotedinItem4intheschedule.
7.2. AllvaluesareinAustraliandollarsandarecorrectatthetimeofprinting.ThePromotertakesnoresponsibilityforvariations
in the prize value.
7.3. Theprizeisnottransferable,redeemableorexchangeableforcash.
8. Decisions final
8.1. ThePromoter,atitssolediscretion,mayacceptentrieswitherrorsandomissions.
8.2. IfthereisadisputeastotheidentityofanEligibleEntrant,thePromoterreservestheright,initssolediscretion,todetermine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
8.3. ThePromoter’sdecisionrelatingtothePromotionand/orredemptionoftheprizesisfinalandnodiscussionsor correspondence with Eligible Entrants or any other person will be entered into.
9. Personal information and privacy
9.1. UnderthePrivacyAct1988thePromotermusttellanEligibleEntrantwhenitcollectspersonalinformationaboutthemand how it will use it. If the Eligible Entrant chooses to enter or take part in this competition, the Eligible Entrant will be required to provide information about themselves.
9.2. ThepersonalinformationsuppliedbyEligibleEntrantswhenenteringthisPromotionmaybeusedforthepurposeofsending information on any of the Promoter’s products or services if the Eligible Entrant has opted to join the mailing list at point
5.6. From time to time this information may be used by the Promoter. The use and disclosure of this information is subject
to the restrictions imposed on the Promoter by the Privacy Act 1988. Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988, Eligible Entrants may have access to any personal information held by the Promoter by contacting 07 5534 6722.
9.3. TheEligibleEntrantacknowledgesthatanypersonalinformationprovidedbytheEligibleEntrantisnotsensitiveinformation.
9.4. IftheEligibleEntrantwishestoaccess,updateorcorrecttheEligibleEntrant’spersonalinformation,theEligibleEntrantmay
do so by providing the Promoter with written notice.
9.5. IfanEligibleEntrantprefersthatthePromoternotusetheirdetailsand/orretaintheirdetails,pleasecontactthePromoter on 07 5534 6722. All Eligible Entrants have a right to access personal information which the Promoter holds
about them. The Promoter may deny any request for access in some circumstances.
