WHO CAN ENTER
Entry is open to all Queensland residents over 18 years of age. Entry must be by an individual, not a company or other organisation.
Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prizes) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must subscribe to receive eatSouthBank and e-newsletters and complete the readers survey for in full. Acceptance of the terms and conditions will subscribe you to these lists, you can unsubscribe at any time after this.
For an entry to be valid, it must complete these required fields – your first and last name, email address, postcode and daytime telephone number. (“Mandatory Information“). If you do not supply all of the Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
You may only enter the Competition once.
SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
All valid entries will go into a draw. The Promoter will draw the Winner randomly on December 20th, 2023 by 4:00pm (AEST). The Winner will be contacted via phone and email. If the Winner cannot be reached within two (2) days of being contacted by the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid and another entry will be drawn.
MAJOR PRIZE
There is one (1) Major Prize. The Major Prize is a $500 dining voucher to a South Bank Restaurant of your choice as well as overnight accommodation in a Vista King Suite in Emporium, including breakfast for two at the Terrace Rooftop, valued at $849.
All prizes are valid from the date of issue. The voucher must be used in full and is not redeemable for cash or credit. Any unused amount on the voucher will be forfeited.
