Prize: The prize is an exclusive Nightfall Plus Snow Edition custom gaming PC, valued at $4,000. This prize is specific and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash. Winning is not guaranteed and depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The prize’s actual or appraised value may vary at the time of awarding. The details of the prize are determined solely by the Sponsor. No substitution for the prize is allowed, except as decided by the Sponsor. The prize is not transferable. The winner will bear all related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Lawrence Lok Pty Ltd and PNY permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless this is against the law. Winner Selection: The Sweepstakes winners will be chosen through a random drawing overseen by the Sponsor. Disputes: The rules and conduct of this Sweepstakes are subject to the laws of Australia and the state of New South Wales, irrespective of conflict of law principles. Participants in the Sweepstakes agree that any disputes or legal claims that arise and cannot be amicably resolved between the parties shall be settled on an individual basis, not as part of a class action. These disputes will be adjudicated exclusively in a court in Victoria with the relevant jurisdiction.
