We’re asking our clients to share their photos on Instagram and Facebook for a chance to WIN an Astris PME prize pack valued at $200. We’ve got 6 prize packs to give away and will choose one winner each week from now until Christmas.

How to Enter
To enter the “Share a Photo / Happy Holidays” promotion, entrants must simply:
1) Visit the Astris PME Instagram and/or Facebook page during the promotional period.
2) Upload a photo of themself or their family member using a piece of equipment purchased
from Astris PME.
3) Post their photo in the comments section of the dedicated Facebook pinned post on the Astris
PME Facebook page and/or tag us on Instagram.
4) Tag @astrispme and #astrispme in the post.
Duration of Promotion
The competition opens at 10:00 am, Monday 6 November and closes at 11:59 pm, Friday 15
December 2023.
Conditions of Entry
1) Information on ‘How to Enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
2) Multiple entries are permitted.
3) Entries can be via Facebook or Instagram, however, only ONE weekly winner will be chosen
between the two.
4) Entry is only open to Australian residents and clients (and their families) of Astris PME.
5) Employees and contractors of the Promoter or the agencies associated with this promotion
and members of each of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of
this clause, immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse (as defined in the Family Law
Act 1975 (Cth), children, grandparents or persons otherwise residing in the same household.
6) The prize winners must provide suitable identification e.g., Driver’s Licence, to the promoter’s
satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prizes.
7) If the weekly winners are under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to the winner’s
nominated parent or guardian.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
who submits a photo that is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in the absolute
discretion of the Promoter.
9) The prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as offered.

Announcement of Winners
• Weekly winners will be determined by a panel of judges. Entries will be judged on the quality
of the photo and must adhere to the following criteria:
o All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or
control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the
trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity
or person.
o The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but
not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
• Astris PME will announce each weekly winner as per the following schedule:
o Friday 10 November (from entries received 6 - 9 November)
o Friday 17 November (from entries received 10-16 November)
o Friday 24 November (from entries received 17– 23 November)
o Friday 1 December (from entries received 24-30 November
o Friday 8 December (from entries received 1-7 December)
o Friday 15 December (from entries received 8-14 December)
• The judges’ decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
• All prize winner’s names will be published on the Astris PME Facebook and Instagram pages.
• If despite every reasonable effort, any of the winners cannot be contacted, new winners will
be re-determined at 11am on Monday 22 January 2024. The previous winners will forfeit all
rights to the prizes.
Customers Information and Privacy
1) By entering the promotion, you give Astris PME consent to use your photos for advertising
purposes.
2) As stated in the section above, if clients are to win a prize, the Promoter will contact them on
the phone and ascertain whether they wish to accept the prize. If the customer chooses to
accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph
for marketing and publicity purposes and in particular to publish the name of the winner on
Astris PME social media pages.
Liability
1) The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility
for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the
use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
2) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice
on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
3) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended
where required.
4) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion where required.
5) If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be
declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or
part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and
conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
