Honey Fawn Boutique 1st Birthday Giveaway Promotion – Terms and Conditions
PROMOTER
The Promoter is Honey Fawn Boutique (ABN 86 067 386 109) of 91 York St, Launceston Tasmania 7250.
The Promoter sells womens clothing and accessories online and instore.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Entries for the competition commence at 00:00 (AEST) on 01 December 2023 and close at 23:59 (AEST) on 07 January 2024 (Promotional Period).
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the competition, entrants must be an individual over the age of 18 years, an Australian Resident and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating stores and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
ENTERING THE COMPETITION
To enter the competition, entrants must:
subscribe to the Honey Fawn Boutique marketing mailing list.
THE PRIZE
Total prize pool value: RRP $1,000.
MAJOR PRIZE – TOTAL VALUE RRP $1,000
One prize will be awarded to one winner. The winner will be randomly drawn from all entries submitted during the Promotional Period, and will receive one store voucher worth $1,000 to be redeemed at Honey Fawn Boutique. The voucher can be redeemed online or instore and will expire within 12 months. The voucher will not be transferable or redeemable for cash.
INSTANT PRIZES – TOTAL VALUE IS VARIABLE
100 instant win prizes will be available and distributed at time of entry to 100 entrants over the Promotion Period. The instant wins will be made up of:

PRIZE CONDITIONS
Entries are subject to the following:
one base entry is permitted per eligible email;
points are awarded for each piece of information provided, or action completed as described in the entry form;
each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.
All entries will be eligible for the Instant Win draw
The Major Prize will be drawn based on point entries.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZE DRAW
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
The Major Prize winners will be drawn at random at 91 York St, Launceston, Tasmania at 4:00pm (AEST) on 08 January 2024.
The announcement of the winners shall take place at 3:00pm (AEST) on 09 January at 91 York St, Launceston, Tasmania.
The winning entries will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’) and will be chosen from all entries received.
INSTANT WIN DRAW
The Instant Win Prize winners will be drawn at random via the ShortStack competition platform after the entrants completion of entry, and will be based on the probability across the Promotion Period
DRAWS GENERALLY
The Judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.
Details of the winners will be included on
www.honeyfawn.com.au from 4:00pm (AEST) on the date of the draw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
Winners will be notified within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7(c)(iv)) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.
If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 11:00am 14 business days after the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn at 12.00pm on that day at 91 York St, Launceston, Tasmania.
The prize must be redeemed through email (
info@honeyfawn.com.au) by 11.00am on the date that is 14 Business Days after the date of the draw.
Details of the redrawn winners will be included on
www.honeyfawn.com.au from 4:00pm (AEST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
PROMOTER’S LIABILITY
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on
www.honeyfawn.com.au and in any promotional material relating to the program.
The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6(f) are reserved.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
PRIVACY
The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering into the promotion the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at
