Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from Eligible Entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. The Prize will be drawn at 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday, March 13th 2024 at Level 27, 1 Denison Street North Sydney, New South Wales, 2060.
The first entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received will each win:
1x Turtle Beach® VelocityOne™ Race Universal Wheel & Pedal System, with Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $1299.95 AUD, or $1387.44 NZD.
The total number of prizes is one (1). The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $1299.95 AUD, or $1387.44 NZD.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners should allow 28 days for prize delivery. Prizes will be sent by the most suitable method of delivery for the prize (for example mail or email). The Promoter will notify the winner how they will receive their prize.
Winners will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and for all prizes over the value of $250, the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be advertised on the Promoter’s website for a minimum of 28 days, unless the winner requests that these details not be published.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not claim their prize or an element of their prize by Monday, Monday, 15th April 2024, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other prize will be awarded in lieu of that prize or that element of the prize.
If necessary, a second draw will be conducted to distribute any unclaimed prizes at Monday, 13th May 2024, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. Winners drawn in the second draw will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and for all prizes over the value of $250, the first initial, surname and postcode of the winners will be advertised on the Promoter’s website, unless the winner requests that these details not be published.
If there is no prize winner or the winner of a prize cannot be located, this information will be published on the Promoter’s website.
If any winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on their behalf.
If the Promoter is unable to supply the nominated prize, or part of any nominated prize the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the written directions of any competent authority, to supply another prize of greater or equal value.
No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by the Promoter. Entries will be deemed invalid if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
The use of any automatic entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

Any dispute relating to this promotion must, prior to a person initiating litigation, be dealt with as follows. The affected person (“complainant”) will notify the Promoter of the details of the dispute in writing and within 14 days of receiving this notice, the complainant and a representative of the Promoter will meet by videoconference to attempt to resolve the dispute. If unresolved within 30 days after that meeting, the dispute will be escalated to a more senior representative of the Promoter not directly involved in the promotion, who will investigate the dispute and meet by videoconference with the complainant to further attempt to resolve the dispute. If still unresolved within a further 14 days of being escalated, then the senior representative will make a final and binding decision subject to any legal proceedings initiated by the complainant.
