Eligible Winners will be notified via their nominated email address within two (2) business days of each Draw Date. The Eligible Winners will be published at
https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/terms-conditions/budpet-comp... within twenty-one (21) days of the applicable Draw Date and will remain on the Promoter’s website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days.
All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to locate the Eligible Winner.
Eligible Winners will be required to follow the instructions contained in the email and on Digital Glue’s website for the redemption of their Prize (Redemption Process). The Prize is not reloadable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The redemption website is operated and hosted by Digital Glue. The Promoter and Insurer are not responsible for, or liable in respect of, products and services provided by Digital Glue.
Unclaimed prize draw
The Prize will be deemed unclaimed if the Promoter is not able to successfully provide the Prize redemption instructions to an Eligible Winner’s email address (either due to non-response from the Eligible Winner or unsuccessful contact attempts) within three (3) months and one (1) day of the Draw Date.
If the Prize remains unclaimed, an Unclaimed Prize Redraw will be held Monday 7 October 2024 at the same time and location as advised in clause 12 (Redraw). Any Unclaimed Prize Redraw winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the applicable Unclaimed Prize Draw and the Unclaimed Prize Draw winner’s name will be published in accordance with clause 14 and the Promoter will give notice to the Queensland Regulatory Office within 7 days of being unable to locate the Eligible Winner.
If a Redraw occurs and that Redraw prize remains unclaimed, another Redraw will be conducted in the same manner.
