7. Competition Period Close Date &

Competition concludes Friday 17th May 2024 at 5:00PM ACST or whenever the
prize has been awarded.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion including to
close the competition within the Competition Period;
(ii) terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory
authority.
8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants may enter more than once, however only one prize can be
won per person per competition.
c) Promotions are not open to any person, including Australian residents,
entering the competition from outside of Australia.
d) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the Promoter
in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be contacted in
accordance with these terms for any reason will forfeit their prize /
opportunity.
e) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information
are ineligible in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is
deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect or misleading
information may, at the discretion of the Promoter be deemed invalid.
f) Entrants may be required to sign a legal indemnity form prior to
accepting any prizes.
g) Entrants must be a resident in SA.
h) Entrants must be able to travel to the prize destination and attend
Jerry Seinfeld LIVE at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 20 June
2024 at 8:00PM ACST. Entrants unavailable to travel and attend will
forfeit their entry.
i) A person that is put to air, or determined as an on air prize winner
cannot pass the telephone call on to anyone else, and should this

occur, any person that is on air or has been passed the phone in this
capacity will not be eligible for a prize, at the discretion of the
Promoter.
j) If for any technical reason, the phone line drops out, or they are
inaudible or they are or they are unreachable for any reason (including
without limitation any technical or operator error), the entrant will
not be awarded with a prize.
9. How to enter Phone entry for an on-air activity:
At various times during the Competition Period (and in some cases prior to the
competition start date):
(a) The Promoter will solicit on 08 8305 1323 for callers to participate in
Cruise1323’s Fast Funnies, during a specified time period. Listeners
may also be invited via station on-air commercials; announcer solicit
or via social media to take part in the competition.
(b) Entrants who successfully call 08 8305 1323 and are selected by the
Promoter (in its absolute discretion) and meet the entry restrictions
will receive an opportunity to contest in Cruise1323’s Fast Funnies.
Online entry:
(a) Entrants can also visit the station website and complete the online
entry form by providing their contact details and by stating in 25
words or less “why do you want to play Cruis1323’s Fast Funnies?”
(b) Each entry submitted in the above specified competition period will
be individually reviewed by representatives of the station.
(c) The station may contact entrants to ask further questions about their
entry. If entrants receive a call or are put to air this does not mean
that they are the deemed winner.
(d) The Station may use the entrants and their stories live on air in
connection with the Promotion over the specified Competition Period.
For example, the Promoter in its absolute discretion may invite
entrants to air to talk about their entry. If an entrant is invited to
speak on air this does not deem them as a winner. The Promoter in its
absolute discretion has the right to share entrants stories online and
via its social media platforms.
(e) Across the competition period, a total of up to fifty (50) online entries
will be taken to air to contest in Cruise1323’s Fast Funnies.. Entries
selected are at the absolute discretion of the Promoter and entrants
must meet the entry restrictions in order to participate.
During the competition period:
(a) The station will select a total of up to one hundred [100] entries
across phone entry and online entry over the contesting period to
have a chance to contest in Cruise1323’s Fast Funnies.
(b) Over the campaign period and in-show (on weekdays from Monday
15th April 2024 to Friday the 17th of May 2024; subject to change at the
promoters discretion) Cruise1323 will select up to two [2] registered
entrants to play Cruise1323 Fast Funnies per day. All other entrants
will be selected via ‘phone entry for on-air activity’. This is at the
absolute discretion of the Promoter
(c) If the promoter calls a registered online entrant between 09:00AM
ACST and 5:00PM ACST and they do not answer their phone before it
goes to voicemail as determined by the promoter in its absolute
discretion. They will forfeit their chance to contest and Cruise1323
will call the next contestant/s. The Promoter reserves the right to pre-
record a contesting segment.
(d) If the promoter answers an entrants call on 08 8305 1323 and the
entrant is unable to participate in the challenge, they will forfeit their

chance to contest and the promoter select another entrant in its
absolute discretion.
(e) Speaking to the Promoter on air does not deem an Entrant a winner.
(f) A person that is put to air, or determined as an on air prize winner
cannot pass the telephone call on to anyone else, and should this
occur, any person that is on air or has been passed the phone in this
capacity will not be eligible for a prize, at the discretion of the
Promoter.
(g) Entrants may be required to go through an eligibility checklist off air
(at the absolute discretion of the Promoter) as noted in the entry
restrictions. If the entrant who successfully calls does not meet the
eligibility requirements, they will not go through to Cruise1323’s Fast
Funnies.
(h) Rules will be stipulated on air by the Promoter, at its absolute
discretion.
(i) The opening and closing time for calls to be received will be at the
absolute discretion of the Promoter.
(j) The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be
entered into.
(k) The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refrain
from broadcasting any call.
Other Entry
At various times across the Competition Period the Promoter at its absolute
discretion may open alternative forms of entry.
This may include but is not limited to entries via the [Station website, at live
events, via the Promoter’s representatives and street team, via station SMS
text]. The Promoter will specify the specific mechanic and rules for entry and
selection either online, on air, in person (for street team activities), or via social
media (as applicable).
10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish during the
competition period, Entrants may only win one (1) prize each.
Only one entry from each household can be deemed a winner throughout the
competition period.
11. Challenge Details On-Air Challenge:
Listeners who successfully call the station at the time of solicited cue to call on
08 8305 1323 or are an online registered entrant selected by the Promoter in its
absolute discretion, will have the opportunity to participate in the Cruise1323’s
Fast Funnies challenge:
(a) The Promoter may take more than one [1] challenger to air during the
contesting spot, this will be specified on-air at the absolute discretion
of the promoter.
(b) The selected challenger will be invited to listen to the mystery laugh
audio which consists of five [5] laughs from five [5] ‘famous people’.
Who is deemed a ‘famous person’ is decided at the absolute
discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replay
the audio at its absolute discretion.
(c) The challenger will then be asked to answer the following two
questions:
a. The name of one (1) famous person’s laugh they heard in
the mystery laugh audio

b. The exact placement in which they heard the guessed
famous person’s laugh occur in the mystery laugh audio. For
the avoidance of doubt there are five laughs, so the
challenger must guess either first, second, third, fourth or
fifth.
(d) The challenger must correctly guess both question 11C(a) and 11C (b)
to win a Minor Prize. If the challenger does not successfully guess both
questions, they will not win a Minor Prize.
(e) Once four laughs have been correctly guessed in the mystery laugh
audio the prize will change for the fifth laugh to a Major Prize, for the
avoidance of doubt, this is not the fifth laugh in the audio, it is the fifth
correct guess.
(f) The challenger of the fifth and final laugh must correctly guess both
question 11C(a) and 11C (b) for the final laugh will win a Major Prize. If
the challenger does not successfully guess both questions, they will
not win a Major Prize.
(g) If a challenger does not correctly identify the mystery laugh/s or does
not provide the level of detail required to be deemed a minor or major
prize winner as determined by the promoter at its absolute discretion
that challenger will not be awarded a prize.
(h) For the avoidance of doubt, the mystery voice must be identified to
exact specifications as set out by the Promoter in its absolute
discretion. Small details missing from an entrants guess may deem it
incorrect.
(i) The Promoter reserves the right to play the audio as many times as it
sees fit (in its absolute discretion).
(j) The Promoter reserves the right to give additional guesses, at their
absolute discretion.
(k) The Promoter reserves the right to provide clues to entrants to assist
in identifying the five [5] mystery laughs. Clues will be at the absolute
discretion of the Promoter and may be provided on-air or on the
Promoters digital platforms. When and how clues are delivered is at
the absolute discretion of the promoter.
(l) Just because a challenger is taken to air, it does not mean that they
have won a prize. The entrant must correctly answer the specified
questions as determined by the promoter on-air to be eligible for the
minor or major prize.
(m) Should the challenger refuse or fail to satisfactorily complete the
challenge within the time specified, they will forgo any prize and the
Station will not be required to conduct the challenge again.
(n) Challengers will be required to adhere to competition rules and
regulations as specified by the Promoter prior to the challenge
commencement. Rules may or may not be stipulated on air by the
Promoter, at their absolute discretion.
(o) The Promoter, at their absolute discretion, reserves the right to
introduce additional challenges and/or vary up the rules, as stipulated
on air. For example, at any time during the challenge the announcer
may give the entrant additional challenges or bribes. Examples
including, but not limited to: A bonus round/double or nothing
There are up to four [4] Minor Prizes to be won for up to four [4] winners.
Minor Prize: Two (2) tickets to Jerry Seinfeld LIVE at the Adelaide
Entertainment Centre on 20 June 2024 at 8:00PM ACST valued up to
$450AUD (incl GST)
There is up to one [1] Major Prize to be won by up to one [1] winners.
Major Prize: Two (2) tickets to Jerry Seinfeld LIVE at the Adelaide
Entertainment Centre on 20 June 2024 at 8:00PM ACST and a $200
Lone Star Voucher, total prize value valued up to $650AUD (incl GST)
The Promoter reserves the right to award discretionary “bonus Prizes” for a
selected contesting segment. Bonus prizes apply to one particular contesting
segment only and are awarded in the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Bonus
prizing may include but is not limited to vouchers, movie tickets, merch etc.
The Promoter reserves the right to award consolation or random prizes to
entrants at any point throughout the promotion, in its absolute discretion.
Once a winner has been allocated tickets to an event, they are ineligible to win
any additional tickets to the same event.
Additional spending money, meals (other than outlined above), taxes, luggage
costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included, and are at the
winner’s expense.
15: Total Prize Value Up to $2,450AUD (inc GST)
16: Winner Notification The prize winner will be notified on-air if they have been successful in winning a
prize. The prize winner will then be kept on the telephone or contacted after
winning via phone or email to organise the prize.
If an entrant is unsuccessful in obtaining a prize, they will be notified on-air and
there will be no follow up from the Promoter.
17. Publication Details Winners of prizes valued at over $250 (inc GST) will be published on the Station
