ST. ALi COFFEE COMPETITION: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is ST. ALi PTY LTD, ABN 92 131 641 346, Tel: (03) 9132 8960, located at Unit 2 B/706 Lorimer St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this competition.

2.2 Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition commences at 9:00 AM AEST on 25 April 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 26 May 2024 ("Competition Period").

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must purchase any bag of coffee from ST. ALi during the Competition Period including coffee bag bundles.

4.2 The Promoter's records of the time of purchase and entry are final and conclusive.

4.3 Incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

5.1 There are three (3) prizes available to be won:

Prize 1: One (1) Breville Oracle® Touch plus one year's worth of coffee (valued at $5,279).

Prize 2: One (1) Alessi Pulcina Espresso Coffee Maker plus one year's worth of coffee (valued at $1,010).

Prize 3: One (1) Breville Precision Brewer® Thermal & one (1) Baratza Encore Coffee Grinder plus one year's worth of coffee (valued at $1,329).

5.2 Prize values are accurate as of the date of commencement of the Competition Period and are based upon recommended retail prices. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.

6. Prize Draw and Winner Announcement

6.1 The prize draw will take place at 10:00 AM AEST on 27 May 2024.

6.2 The winners will be drawn electronically and will be announced on ST. ALi’s social media platforms and contacted directly.

6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner drawn.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if a prize remains unclaimed 14 days after the winner has been notified. The redraw will be conducted under the same conditions as the original draw and within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Promoter’s Rights

8.1 The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it believes has tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.

9. Privacy

9.1 The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the competition and may disclose such information to third parties for this purpose. Entry is conditional upon providing this information.

9.2 The Promoter will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes, or modifies statutory consumer guarantees as provided under applicable laws.

10.2 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising in any way out of the competition.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any disputes concerning the competition.
