Terms & conditions
The following terms and conditions relate to the promotion to book your event with us in June or July 2024 and be entered to WIN a $1,000 dining voucher for Jacksons on George:
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit at Jacksons on George.
The voucher must be presented at the time of dining and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, public holidays, discounts or vouchers unless specified otherwise.
Reservations are subject to the venue’s standard terms of service and policies. They are also subject to availability.
The voucher is valid for a single transaction only and any unused portion will not be refunded or credited.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
The voucher is valid to 31 December 2024 and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Our management team reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Any additional charges incurred beyond the value of the voucher must be settled by the voucher holder at the time of dining.
This voucher is only valid for use by the intended recipient and may be subject to verification upon redemption.
The voucher cannot be used for special events or private functions unless specified otherwise.
By redeeming this voucher, the holder agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated herein.
