Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion
Entry Method
To enter the competition entrants must locate entry form.
Answer the competition question, What Prime Video film or series takes you to your happy place? Tell us about it in 25 words or less; and
Complete the Prime Video survey consisting of these three questions:
1 - Select all the films and series you've watched and loved.
2 -Whether you’re watching in freshly washed bed sheets, in a candle-lit bubble bath, in a hammock or in a pillow fort with your little people: where are the happy places you watch Prime Video?
3 - Which happy place would you pick out of.
Any other entry method will be deemed as invalid.
Entry Restrictions
Only applicable to Australian residents and those over 18 years of age.
Judging
All valid entries will be reviewed, and the most creative response to the competition’s 25 words or less question, will be selected as the winner by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 11:00 AEST Monday 10th June 2024 at the Promoters premises.
Judging Criteria
All valid entries will be judged by the Promoter on their submitted 25 words or less question, based on originality and creativity or as otherwise specified by the Promoter.
To clarify, only the 25 words or less question submitted by the entrant will be judged. Other answers submitted to the survey will have no impact on judging.

Notification of winners
The Winner will be notified by email and/or phone by the Promoter within two (2) business days of the prize judging, along with their name being published on the competition page by Wednesday 12th June 2024.
1.Definitions
Entrant means any eligible person, according to section 2 of these Conditions of Entry, who enters the promotion in accordance with section 2 of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry Means
Answering the Prime Video survey including the competition question, What Prime Video film or series takes you to your happy place? Tell us about it in 25 words or less.
The Promoter will select the most creative entry and any other requested information that the Entrant provides in accordance with section 2 of these Conditions of Entry.
Immediate Family means a spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of a director, manager, employee, officer or contractor of the Promoter, whether or not they live in the same household.
Judging Date means by 11:00 AEST Monday 10th June 2024
Notification means by 11:00 AEST Wednesday 12th June 2024

Prize Winner means an Entrant that is selected to receive a Prize pursuant to section 4.

Entries that are incomprehensible or incomplete will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging process.

The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Entrants may submit unlimited Entries. All Entries must be unique to be considered for the Prize.
Automated and/or computer-generated Entries or Entries that are incomprehensible or incomplete will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging process.
Entries will be deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
Ineligible or late Entries will be deemed to be invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or illegible / inaudible entries (including lost, stolen, forged, defaced or damaged Entries).
It is the responsibility of the Entrant to notify the Promoter of any changes to their address or contact details during the Promotional Period.
Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an Entry will be permitted.
