Eligible Entrant: means a person who meets the eligibility criteria outlined in clauses
2 and 4.
Immediate Family Member: means a spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Major Prize: means a new, base model 2024 rear-wheel drive Tesla Model Y. Major Prize Draw: means the draw for the Major Prize that is to be conducted in
accordance with clause 10.
Participating Venue: means any Timezone or Zone Bowling venue located in Australia.
Play & Win Deal: means the following game credit deals promoted under the ‘Play & Win’ name during the Promotional Period:
• Load $60 onto a Powercard and get $30 bonus credit onto that Powercard
• Load $80 onto a Powercard and get $45 bonus credit onto that Powercard
• Load $100 on a Powercard and get $60 bonus credit onto that Powercard
• Load $120 onto a Powercard and get $80 bonus credit onto that Powercard • Load $250 onto a Powercard and get $170 bonus credit onto that Powercard
Prize: means a prize to be awarded pursuant to this Promotion, including the Weekly Prizes and the Major Prize.
Promoter: means TEEG Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 61 003 710 110) of Level 8, 60 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
Promotion: means the “Timezone & Zone Bowling Play & Win Competition” governed by these terms and conditions.
Promotional Period: means the period commencing on Tuesday 11/06/2024 at 00:01 AEST and ending on Sunday 21/07/2024 at 23:59 AEST.
Qualifying Transaction: means the purchase of either of the following by an Eligible Entrant:
a) a Play & Win Deal in a single transaction made via the Timezone Fun App (available for download via the App Store or Google Play and for Eligible Entrants who aren’t registered, by following the registration steps), the Timezone website (
www.timezonegames.com) or at a Participating Venue; or
b) a Zone Bowling Fun Zone Pass in a single transaction made through the Zone Bowling website (
www.zonebowling.com) during the Promotional Period.
Weekly Prize: means a $5,000 Flight Centre voucher and $5,000 spending money.
Weekly Prize Draw: means the weekly draws for the Weekly Prize conducted during the Weekly Prize Draw Period.
Weekly Prize Draw Period: means each of the following periods:

Zone Bowling Fun Zone Pass: means the Ultimate Fun Zone Pass, Mega Fun Zone Pass or Mini Fun Zone Pass offered at Zone Bowling venues in Australia.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Participation in this Promotion constitutes deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This Promotion is open to Australia residents aged 18 years and above who are not employees, or an Immediate Family Member of an employee, of either the Promoter or any agency associated with this Promotion. An entry by an employee, or an Immediate Family Member of an employee, of either the Promoter or an agency associated with this Promotion will be treated as invalid, resulting in the forfeiture of any Prize awarded to that person in connection with this Promotion.
3. An Eligible Entrant may enter the Promotion by making a Qualifying Transaction during the Promotional Period and the Powercard onto which the Qualifying Transaction was made must be registered on or before the date of that Qualifying Transaction. Following the completion of each such Qualifying Transaction, the Eligible Entrant will be automatically entered into the Promotion and receive:
a) one (1) entry into the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw for that corresponding Weekly Prize Draw Period for each Qualifying Transaction (e.g. if an Eligible Entrant makes a Qualifying Transaction in Week 2, then that Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Draw for Week 2); and
b) one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw for each Qualifying Transaction.
4. Eligible Entrants are permitted to make multiple Qualifying Transactions during the Promotional Period. Each valid Qualifying Transaction will result in:
a) one (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Draw for that corresponding Weekly Prize Draw Period (eg. if an Eligible Entrant makes two Qualifying Transactions in Week 2, then that Eligible Entrant will receive two (2) entries into the Weekly Prize Draw for Week 2); and
b) one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw (eg. if an Eligible Entrant makes two Qualifying Transactions, then that Eligible Entrant will receive two (2) entries into the Major Prize Draw).
5. Eligible Entrants that make a Qualifying Transaction:
a) at a Participating Venue must retain the purchase receipt; and
b) via the Timezone Fun App, Timezone or Zone Bowling websites must retain
the confirmation email issued in respect of the transaction,

as proof of purchase.
Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested by the Promoter may, in the reasonable discretion of the Promoter, result in automatic forfeiture of any Prize awarded.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, even if a person has made a Qualifying Transaction, to verify any details related to the redemption of a Prize, including the validity of the Qualifying Transaction and the identity of any person purporting to enter the Promotion (including their age and place of residence). The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who is unable to produce satisfactory proof of identity or who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's rights to recover damages or other compensation from such persons are reserved at all times.
7. There will be one (1) Weekly Prize Draw (with a total of six (6) draws during the Promotional Period) conducted for each corresponding Weekly Period as set out in the Weekly Prize Draw Period table and one (1) Major Prize Draw.
8. All Weekly Prize Draws will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. Each Weekly Prize Draw will take place on the dates and times

9. Weekly Prize Draw winners will be notified in writing and by phone call by Ansible Pty Ltd within five (5) business days of the corresponding Draw Date (“Notification Date") to the email address or phone number associated to that Eligible Entrant’s Timezone Fun App account or provided by that Eligible Entrant when making the Qualifying Transaction. Each winner consents to the publication of their name online at

Each winner has twenty (20) business days from the Notification Date to accept the Weekly Prize by emailing their acceptance to the Ansible email address provided to them. Once the Prize is accepted, the winner must deal directly with Ansible Pty Ltd as the distributer of the Weekly Prizes.
10. The Major Draw will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd of Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, 2010 NSW at 15:30 AEST on Wednesday 24/07/2024, in the presence of a legal scrutineer. The Promoter and Ansible Pty Ltd reserve the right to conduct further draws for the Major Prize and record them should an invalid or ineligible entry be drawn. The winner of the Major Prize will be notified in writing and by phone call by Ansible Pty Ltd within five (5) business days of the date of the Major Prize draw (“Major Prize Notification Date") to the email address or phone number associated to that Eligible Entrant’s Timezone Fun App account or provided by that Eligible Entrant when making the Qualifying Transaction. The winner consents to the publication of their

Once the Major Prize is accepted, the winner must deal directly with Ansible Pty Ltd as distributer of the Major Prize.
11. The Weekly Prize Draw winners will each receive the Weekly Prize within fifteen (15) business days following the winners’ acceptance of the Weekly Prize. Flight Centre Gift Cards will be sent via email to the winner’s nominated email address and will expire within three (3) years of issue. Redemption of the Flight Centre Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited ACN 003 377 188. The $5,000 spending money component of the Weekly Prize will be paid via EFT to the winners’ nominated bank account. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide accurate bank account details to Ansible Pty Ltd to enable Ansible Pty Ltd to transfer the spending money component of the Weekly Prize to the winner. Neither the Promoter nor Ansible Pty Ltd are responsible or liable for the winner not receiving the Weekly Prize as a result of the winner providing inaccurate details
12. The total prize pool value for the Weekly Prizes is $60,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. The Major Prize is valued (as at the date of publication of these terms and conditions) at up to $67,847, depending upon the state or territory of registration. The below terms and conditions for the Major Prize apply:
a) The Major Prize will be made available for collection by the winner at a Tesla delivery centre nominated by the winner in any major capital city within Australia (excluding Darwin) within 90 days following the winner’s acceptance of the Major Prize, or such other date as notified in writing by the Promoter where delivery is delayed as a consequence of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, such as vehicle stock availability (“Delivery Date”).
b) The winner must make an appointment at their nominated Tesla delivery centre to collect the Major Prize and any costs associated with the collection the Major Prize such as travel, delivery and collection costs are to be borne solely by the winner.
c) The Promoter takes no responsibility for any costs associated with the Major Prize, including but not limited to, repairs, maintenance, upgrades or modifications, on and from the Delivery Date.
d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the condition of the Major Prize on and from the Delivery Date. The Major Prize comes with Compulsory Third Party Insurance only and the winner will be responsible for obtaining any additional insurance/s at their own cost.
e) If the winner nominates another person to collect the Major Prize on the winner’s behalf from their selected Tesla delivery centre, the winner will be required to sign a legal authorisation form prior to allowing that nominated person to collect the Major Prize on the winner’s behalf. Any costs associated with collecting the Major Prize on the winner’s behalf is the sole responsibility of the winner and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for these costs. Delivery to an alternative address nominated by the winner can be arranged at the winner’s cost.
14. If, for any reason, a winner does not take and/or redeem a Prize (or an element of a prize) at or by the time stipulated under these terms and conditions, then the Prize (or

that element of the prize) will be automatically and immediately forfeited and the winner cannot make a claim against the Promoter as a result of such forfeiture.
15. If any Prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of an equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The total prize pool is valued at up to $127,847.00. Prizes, or any unused element of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. A draw for any unclaimed Prizes may take place on 19/09/2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners of any unclaimed Prizes will be notified in writing and by phone call within five (5) business days of the draw (“Redraw Notification Date”) to the email address or phone number associated to that Eligible Entrant’s Timezone Fun App account or provided by that Eligible Entrant when making the Qualifying Transaction. If there are any Prizes awarded as a result of a draw conducted in accordance with this clause, then the winner of each such Prize (each a “Redraw Winner”) consents to their name being published online at

https://www.zonebowling.com/en-au/competitions/ within five (5) buisness days of the redraw, unless indicated otherwise by email to Ansible Pty Ltd prior to the date of publication. Each Redraw Winner has twenty (20) business days from the Redraw Notification Date to accept their Prize by emailing their acceptance to the Ansible email address provided to them. Once a Prize has been accepted, the Redraw Winner must deal directly with Ansible Pty Ltd as distributer of that prize and the respective terms and conditions (including any time stipulations) to redeem that prize shall apply. Additional unclaimed prize draws may occur three (3) months after the previous unclaimed prize draw until each Prize is claimed.
18. Each Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any goods or services provided by the Promoter.
19. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to forced government closures, technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any person; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20. Any cost (such as internet service provider costs) associated with accessing the Promoter’s website and/or app is the Eligible Entrants’ responsibility.
21. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutoryconsumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including any liability arising from a breach of the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all

liability (including in negligence), for any injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) a Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) except where directly caused by the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant as a result of this Promotion; or (e) in connection with the redemption or use of a Prize.
23. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed athttps://www.timezonegames.com/en- au/privacy-policy and
https://www.zonebowling.com/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, if an Eligible Entrant has opted in at the time of registering a Timezone account or of purchasing a participating product via Zone Bowling website, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised by the Eligible Entrant, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter may disclose PI outside of Australia, see the Privacy Policy for more details.
