The Promoter is The Design Files (ABN 27 163 991 704) of 14 Little Oxford Street, Collingwood, Victoria.

PARTICIPATION

1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of The Design Files and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

4. The competition commences at 06:00am (AEDT) on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Monday, July 8th 2024 (“Competition Period”).

5. The winner will be selected and contacted on Wednesday, July 10th 2024, via email.

6. The selected winner will receive a queen-sized ‘Sanctuary’ bed head with linen slipcover; ‘Enes’ fitted sheet; and ‘Enes’ duvet cover and pillowcase set in your choice of colour — all valued at $1,908 — to be shipped within Australia only. Please note that the Enes bedding comes in a single colour, a mixed colour set cannot be provided.

7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

8. To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Entry Period: complete the competition form on The Design Files’ website, and opt-in to The Design Files daily or weekly mailing list, and (optionally) sign up to Dulux and/or GlobeWest email mailing lists.

9. The winner will be notified by email by The Design Files. It is a condition of entry that The Design Files has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.

10. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by The Design Files, then the prize will be forfeited.
