FlexiRoam Limited – Win $5,000 Towards your Next Adventure
To be eligible to enter you must:
Residing in Australia.
Be of 18 years of age or older.
Strictly adhere to the T&Cs
commences at 09:00 AM AEDT on 28th of June 2024 and
ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st of August 2023
Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, provided each entry tags different friends.
competition will be advertised on FlexiRoam Limited’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, across promotional marketing, and partnership channels, through brand ambassadors and will include a link or instructions to the competition page. (but IG is only way to enter)
one (1) winner only who will be chosen by random draw which will take place at 10:00am AEST on 06th September
winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram within seven days following the draw.
If the winner does not respond by 13th of September 2024 after being notified by FlexiRoam Limited that they have won the competition
PRIZE
One (1) major winner will receive $5,000 cash that can be used towards a holiday of their choice. Total prize value for this prize option is $5,000 including GST as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.
The winner is responsible for organizing and booking their own holiday.
FlexiRoam Limited provides no compensation for any additional costs incurred in relation to Prizes, including but not limited to travel and travel insurance.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If the prizes are not available for any reason, FlexiRoam Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by FlexiRoam Limited to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond FlexiRoam Limited’s control, FlexiRoam Limited may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by FlexiRoam Limited to be of equal or higher value.
FlexiRoam Limited will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winner within 90 days, however takes no responsibility for prizes delivered after this date.
