2. Scan your ticket QR CODE at the Maranoa Regional Council site U347.

Australian Events MarkeƟng Pty Ltd (ABN 86 622 976 087), oŌen called 'Australian Events' is the promoter of this
compeƟƟon and hereaŌer in the terms and condiƟons will be referred to as the ‘Promoter'.
InformaƟon on how to enter and the prize to be won form part of the terms and condiƟons. By entering this compeƟƟon,
you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and condiƟons and agree to them.
The prize is supplied by Maranoa Regional Council (ABN 99 324 089 164). The prize consists of A Day & Night At The Big
Rig with High Tea Family includes two (2) Adults and three (3) children, A personal guided tour of the Roma Saleyards

1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or in any other way.
2. To enter the compeƟƟon;
a. Purchase your Ɵcket to the 2024 Queensland Outdoor Adventure Expo online for your unique QR CODE
number.
b. Register your QR CODE number with your compulsory details, including full name, email address and
phone number.
c. To validate your entry into the compeƟƟon, scan your QR CODE at Maranoa Regional Council exhibiƟon
site at the 2024 Queensland Outdoor Adventure Expo held on 26th - 28th July 2024 at the Toowoomba
Showgrounds, Toowoomba, QLD 4350.
3. The winner of the prize will be noƟfied by phone, and be responsible for arranging the pick up or delivery of the
prize. If delivery is required from Maranoa Regional Council, charges will apply.
4. Entry to the compeƟƟon is free once you have entered the event precinct.
5. Entry to the compeƟƟon is open to persons over the age of 18 years and strictly for Show Patrons only. Employees
of the Promoter, Maranoa Regional Council, Exhibitors, Redcliffe Showgrounds and their associated
enƟƟes/employees, EMaƩer Technologies Pty Ltd T/As Lüp, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. The compeƟƟon will close at 2.45pm sharp (Queensland Ɵme) on Sunday 28th July 2024.
7. The winning entry will be drawn at random between 3.00pm and 4.00pm (Queensland Ɵme) on Sunday 28th July
2024 at the event. The draw will be witnessed by a representaƟve of the Promoter and Maranoa Regional Council,
along with invited members of the public in aƩendance at the event.
8. The Promoter and Maranoa Regional Council reserves the right to seek verificaƟon of the winner’s age and idenƟty
and other relevant informaƟon. The Promoter’s decision is final, and correspondence will not be entered into.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, Maranoa Regional Council exclude all liability
(including negligence or consequenƟal loss), for any loss, damage or personal injury of any nature arising out of
the PromoƟon, including, without limitaƟon, any variaƟon in the value of the prize, any tax liability incurred by an
entrant and any use of the prize.
10. The Promoter, Maranoa Regional Council reserve the right to modify, change, suspend or cancel the compeƟƟon
terms without noƟce.
11. The Promoter consents to Maranoa Regional Council collecƟng personal informaƟon in connecƟon with the
PromoƟon which is passed onto the Promoter. By entering the compeƟƟon, you are consenƟng to the Promoter
and Maranoa Regional Council contacƟng you at a later date for markeƟng and promoƟon purposes.
