Credit Union SA “Win the ultimate Port fan
experience” Competition (“Competition”) terms and
conditions
1. Information on how to take part in the competition and details of the Credit Union SA “Win
the ultimate port fan experience” competition is outlined in these terms and conditions.
Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is Credit Union SA Ltd (“Promoter”) | ABN 36 087 651 232 | AFSL/Australian
Credit Licence Number 241066 | Credit Union SA Centre, Level 3, 400 King William Street,
Adelaide SA 5000.
3. Competition entry is only available to residents of South Australia, aged 18 years and older.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter Credit Union SA and Port Adelaide
Football Club are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,
brother, sister, step brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5. There will be one (1) prize awarded in this Competition. The prize consists of two (2) tickets for
Port Adelaide Football Club “FIVEaa Locker Room Experience” at the Adelaide Oval – Port
Adelaide vs Sydney Swans August 3rd, 2024, including:
• Reserved seating
• Entry into the FIVEaa Locker Room
• 5 hours drink package
• Canapes
• 1 x 2024 Port Adelaide Guernsey and
• 1 x Port Adelaide baseball hat.
To be eligible to participate in this Competition entrants will need to fill in their name, email and
contact details in the entry form. Each entry submission is considered 1 entry into the draw to
get a chance – with a limit of 1 entry per eligible person. The prize has an approximate value of
$610.
6. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta
Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram or any of the brands or products included in the prize.
Entrants agree to a complete release of Facebook, Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc., from any
claims.
7. The Competition will run from 8am (ACST) 17th July 2024 to 8am (ACST) 22nd July 2024. The prize
winner will be chosen at random at Credit Union SA, Level 3, 400 King William St, Adelaide on
22 nd July 2024 at 10am. All references to times recorded in these terms and conditions are a
reference to local time Adelaide, South Australia.
The winner will be notified via phone call or email to the details listed in their entry form. Credit
Union SA will request the prize winner to respond via phone call or email to organise collection
of their prize. If the winner does not respond or the prize is not collected by 12pm (ACST) on
Friday, 26th July 2024, a new winner will be drawn at random. Credit Union SA is not liable and is
not obliged to provide an alternative prize in the event that the winner is unable to attend the
event for any reason.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant (including their identity,
age, and place of residence) and validity of each entry and to disqualify any person who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breach any of these terms and conditions, tampered with
the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct, calculated or
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Further, any contact details provided
incorrectly may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid entry. Errors or omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
