7. Maximum Number of Entries: Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
Entry Method

Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“What is your favourite dumpling and why?””
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:

Phone Entry
“What is your favourite dumpling and why?”
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, those entrants will be asked to answer the question “What is your favourite dumpling and why?” off-air.
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) Select up to twenty (20) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant/s);
(b) invite the Selected Entrant/s to appear on-air and participate in an On-Air Challenge.
On-Air Challenge
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite up to two (2) Selected Entrants to appear on-air in the same contesting spot;
(b) the Promoter will have a predetermined food dish (Food Dish);
(c) The Promoter will give clues about the Food Dish to the Selected Entrants (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion);
(d) the Selected Entrant who correctly names the Food Dish first (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter), will be invited to participate in the next contesting spot for the On-Air Challenge (Carry Over Champion);
(e) the Selected Entrant who does not correctly name the Food Dish (or fails to correctly name the Food Dish first) will be eliminated from the On-Air Challenge, will not be deemed a winner and will not be awarded a Prize;
(f) In the following contesting spot, the Carry Over Champion will appear on-air against a new Selected Entrant for the On-Air Challenge, and clauses (b) – (e) will be repeated above, with the Carry Over Champion competing with the new Selected Entrant;
(g) the Selected Entrant who correctly names the Food Dish on the final contesting spot on Friday 9 August 2024 (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize.
(h) After the first Prize is awarded, the On-Challenge will reset and two new Selected Entrants will be invited on-air to participate in the next contesting spot for the On-Air Challenge. The above clauses (a) – (f) will be repeated for the remaining contesting spots;
(i) The Selected Entrant who correctly names the Food Dish on the final contesting spot on Friday 16 August 2024 (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, representatives of the Promoter may provide hints and clues to Selected Entrants however are under no obligation to do so.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for a Prize (Personal Contact Number) and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
9:00 am AEST and 5:00pm AEST on weekdays during the Promotion Period.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a Prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Friday 16 August 2024 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

There are two (2) Prizes to be won, comprising of:

two (2) adult economy return airfares from winner’s closest capital city in which they ordinarily reside to Hong Kong, SAR (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges) (valued at up to AUD $2,500) (incl GST);
five (5) nights at Ovolo Southside in Hong Kong, twin share, to be shared by the winner and their companion (valued at up to AUD $2,500) (incl GST);
Return private transfers from Hong Kong International Airport to accommodation, two (2) x Mobile SIM Card, two (2) x MTR/Octopus Card, two (2) x KLOOK Hong Kong Pass with six (6) activities (including Ocean Park or Hong Kong Disney), and choice of any 2 (two) of the listed experiences below:
o Chinese Library Dim Sum champagne brunch;
o Sham Shui Po Foodie tour;
o A guided hik;

Prize Restrictions

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on dates specified by the promoter at the time of winning. Dates and schedules of the Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Prize winners do not or are not able to take the Prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, including but not limited to COVID-19, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

Additional Conditions
Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken.
In the event the event component of any Prize is cancelled, no alternative Prize will be provided for the event component of the Prize.
The winner is responsible for checking state and federal government, health authority and travel advice to stay up-to-date with the latest travel requirements and restrictions relevant for travel to/from and between the relevant travel destination. The Promoter is not responsible for any such restrictions which may affect the winner’s (or any companion’s) ability to redeem and use any part of any Prize (including but not limited to any travel restrictions in place in the winner’s (or any companion’s) ordinary state of residence around the time of the Event).
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations in connection with government mandated lockdowns, quarantine or isolation restrictions, costs associated with quarantine or isolation as a result of redeeming any part of any Prize, or as a result of the incapacity of a winner to travel for any other reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, changes, delay or rescheduling of events, travel, activities and flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and its companions.
